Sehr gut komplett. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Es war alles sehr sauber und es ist eine Top-Lage.
Nicht weit weg vom Markusplatz und in die anderen Richtung hatte man ganz nah gute Restaurants.

Beim Foto mit dem Wein ist das beleuchtete Fenster im Hintergrund das Hotel.

Stupenda struttura
Pros:

La struttura è nuova , ben collegata e sopratutto si trova in una zona perfetta se non si vuole stare nella condizione del centro ma si vuole raggiungerlo in pochi passi.
Perfetta per chi vista biennale perché è vicina ai giardini e all arsenale .

Séjour parfait à Venise !

Première fois à Venise et tout était absolument parfait. L’hôtel est très propre, idéalement situé, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la ville.

La responsable est extrêmement accueillante et attentionnée, toujours aux petits soins, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

La chambre était impeccable, conforme en tout point au descriptif et aux photos : aucune mauvaise surprise, bien au contraire.

Un très bel hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation !

Pros:

Una bella struttura, bellissima camera, la donna delle pulizie super carina e disponibile. Ci hanno anche consentito di tenere i bagagli in deposito prima del check-in! Le camere erano pulite, il letto spazioso, il frigo bar era gratuito e ci è servito tanto perché la notte avevamo sete.

Cons:

Unico neo è che quando abbiamo prenotato non avevamo letto da nessuna parte che per entrare ci sarebbe stato dato un codice d’accesso, pochi giorni prima l’ho letto sul sito del check in ma tra l’altro il giorno stesso non mi era nemmeno arrivato il codice, se non ci fosse stata la signora a pulire non saremmo riusciti ad entrare. Per di più la sera quando siamo rientrati in camera non avevamo il codice per aprire il portone principale e abbiamo dovuto aspettare che ci rispondessero, fortuna vuole che sempre la signora il giorno prima ci aveva dato un codice per accedere il giorno dopo a prendere i bagagli. Se posso dare un consiglio migliorerei questo sistema d’accesso e lo renderei più chiaro per i clienti. Per il resto non possiamo lamentarci, siamo stati molto bene.
