Lovely modern property. Beautiful huge rooms. Friendly staff. Free shuttle very hour to the Waterfront

Cons:

I felt R100 per day for parking to be a little high, especially as the parking was far from fully utilized.
There are shuttles to the waterfront which was very useful but the hotel is situated directly opposite the cruise terminal and I did not find the location to be entirely convenient for our purposes but that’s not to say it is not convenient for others.

Amazing Hotel For Our Family
Pros:

I am writing to share my appreciation for the incredible experience my family and I had at your hotel. The true heart of this establishment is undoubtedly its staff.

Every interaction was exceptional, from the front-of-house team assisting with our bags and taxis to the welcoming reception staff. I would like to give a special mention to Nelson and Tiger for their hospitality, as well as the wonderful women in the restaurant who were so kind to my two young daughters.

Our rooms were clean and spacious enough for a family of four, thanks to the friendly housekeeping team. We also thoroughly enjoyed the tasty breakfast each morning.

A significant highlight of our stay was the concierge, Michael, who went the extra mile to help us book day trips and provided invaluable advice. Additionally, the shuttle service to the V&A Waterfront was extremely useful. Keith and the other gentleman driving the shuttle were patient, kind, and professional.

While the location and price are great, it is the people who truly elevated our stay. Thank you for such a memorable visit
