Pros:

Tout était bien ! Le personnel est très sympa et toujours attentionné ! Le petit déjeuner, la chambre et l'emplacement étaient très bien. Je recommande !

Hôtel agréable, personnel adorable
Pros:

Chambre plutôt jolie, lit correct.
Vue très sympa sur les toits de la ville.
Bien placé, proche de la place d'armes.
Kit de produits très complet offert : peigne, set de couture, brosses à dents, stylo...
Il fait froid mais petit chauffage mural d'appoint dans la chambre...
Petit déjeuner assez complet et agréable dans une véranda chauffée.
Personnel adorable et très serviable : Juan au top !

Cons:

Les fenêtres sont en très mauvais état et n'offrent aucune isolation.
Celles de la salle de bain ne fermaient pas et il y en avait une donnant carrément dans la douche !
Cette pièce était donc un véritable frigo !
Rue étroite, pavée et très pentue, sans possibilité de se garer. Il faut donc ne pas traîner quand on est pris ou déposé par un taxi...

Pros:

I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff at this hotel is! I've travelled for more than 15 countries and never experience such wonderful staff and their genuine desire to support in absolute everything! Hotel is cozy, they make you feel at home, breakfast is homemade and delicious, no issues with hot water, very well located. I could keep going on and on! My kudos and full recognition to Miguel and Juan! You guys are pure gold! For sure I will get back and stay at the same place.

Superbe hôtel et personnel, emplacement idéal, attention à l’eau chaude et au chauffage dans les chambres

Le personnel adorable et très serviable, les très belles chambres, l’emplacement idéal, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Eau chaude et wifi peuvent être aléatoire selon l’occupation de l’hôtel.
Les chambres sont fraîches, le radiateur au mur n’est pas très efficace pour les grandes chambres, il serait préférable de mettre à disposition des radiateurs à bain d’huile mobile

Pros:

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
Wir konnten das Gepäck während unserer Ausflüge zwischenlagern und es wartete dann bei Rückkehr schon in unserem Zimmer auf uns.

Fijne accommodatie als je het niet erg vindt om een stukje de heuvel op te lopen.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Fijne plek om te ontbijten. Zeer fijn bed en goed schoon.

Cons:

Ik vond het best koud in de kamer. Ondanks de airco die ik op verwarming kon zetten.

Wir konnten das Gepäck zur Aufbewahrung dort lassen während wir mehrtägige Ausflüge gemacht haben.
Zimmer 23 ist das Beste
