Lage ok.
Cons:

Im Badezimmer konnten wir die Fenster nicht richtig schliessen, sodass die Raumtemperatur abends weit unter 10 Grad lag. Der Heizstrahler im Schlafzimmer konnte das auch nicht wett machen. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls kaum zu empfehlen.

Wonderful and cosy hotel!
Pros:

Perfect hotel to stay for many nights. Everything was great. The people who are working here are very nice and friendly. They helped us a lot during our stay.
The cleaning is perfect.
It is possible to store luggage for free!

Ein wunderschönes, gemütliches Hotel. Großes Zimmer mit großem Bad und herrlich dicken, flauschigen Handtüchern, Parkettboden.
Kühlschrank vorhanden.
Freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Schöne Einrichtung. Von unserem Balkon/Wintergarten hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt.
Die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Schritten erreicht. Auch nach Sacsayhuaman ist es ein schöner Spaziergang bergauf.
Wasser kann man zum fairen Preis an der Rezeption kaufen.
Heißes Wasser und Tee sind immer verfügbar.

Cons:

Ich würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen; ich habe keine Verbesserungsvorschläge.

Excelente experiência: ótimo atendimento, quarto confortável e bom café da manhã
Pros:

Atendimento prestativo, quarto grande, com cama confortável e chuveiro quente e com bastante pressão (nas 24 horas do dia). Além disso, o hotel fica próximo da plaza de armas, que é o coração da cidade. Café da manhã com frutas, opções, também com a possibilidade de fazerem omeletes, "huevos revoltos" ou ovos fritos na hora. As cobertas também eram quentinhas, mesmo em dias de frio.

Cons:

Não há nada de ruim no hotel. A única questão - que não é do hotel, mas que fica de aviso para quem é mais velho ou tem mobilidade reduzida - é que o hotel fica numa parte mais alta, ladeira acima. São uns 5 minutos de subida a pé, o que pode cansar algumas pessoas em Cusco. Porém, o fato de estar numa ladeira torna o hotel mais silencioso e com uma vista boa, tudo isso ainda muito perto do centro histórico de Cusco. Então não chega a ser algo necessariamente ruim, mas que pode ser ponderado.

Os funcionários são muito gentis e prestativos. Estão sempre disponíveis para ajudar.
Localização, fica próximo à praça Nazarenas, o que é ótimo como referência.
Extremamente silencioso.

Cons:

No quarto não tem estantes guarda roupa para pendurar as roupas.

It was beautiful an the staff were very friendly and nice, the breakfast was great and they even made you a lunch box with your breakfast for when you have to leave really early for the tours. They also helped us with laundry service and with the tour for sacred valley. 10/10

Classy and Relaxing 10/10
Pros:

I was very impressed by this hotel. The front desk man Juan was very friendly and walked me to my room to give me a little tour and show me how to use everything. The room was big and clean with a very comfortable bed. It does get a little cold at night, but there is a wall heater and extra blankets. The shower was hot and they provided very generous toiletries/amenities. There was a great view of the city and it was very quiet, no loud noises, even though it is still fairly close to the main plaza. The property itself is very clean, well cared for and secure. Breakfast was simple but thoughtful with sliced avocado and fresh cooked eggs to your liking. They stored my bags for free after check out so I could explore the city for a few hours. Overall the ambiance was very safe, relaxing, and classy. Great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10
