Everything was phenomenal, the service, the amenities, the food, we’ll definitely be back to stay here. I in particular enjoyed the pillow service, and how they had different pillows you can request to better your sleep.

Beautiful resort in a great location. Staff, room and facilities amazing.
Pros:

Location is great as it is a peaceful area but easy and quick to get into the city centre. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was AMAZING. The room was luxury, lovely bathroom, comfy bed, nice chill out space. The pool was clean and a great size. I would definitely recommend!

Pros:

Great hotel. Nice location, good amenities and extremely polite staff. The café at the hotel deserves separate commendation as well.

I would definitely consider it visiting again for my future travels to Chiang Mai.

Cons:

The only minus is perhaps the lack of a large gym. Bur this is not a big issue really.
