Affordable dog-friendly apartment in location easily accessible to city & St Kilda
Pros:

Good value apartment in a location that’s a great middle point via tram to city or St Kilda, and walking distance to Fawkner park/Botanical gardens & Albert Park lake.

Appreciated being able to have our dog with us for the 4 night stay too (for an s tra $50 a night).

Small but very functional little apartment & large comfortable bed.

Friendly staff. Close to plenty of cafes. Good value for money stay.

Cons:

We were on the first floor & it felt quite dark-you are quite close “side by side” with adjacent building. Many of the apartments would have had this, so if you want an outlook/view, probably not for you.

Pros:

Great location, free coffee station, friendly staff. Kitchen with utensils

Cons:

Could have been a bit cleaner, hair from previous person all around the room. Bathroom bin was not cleaned either.

Very quiet!
Pros:

A very clean, comfortable room and well set up. Close to public transport and the Alfred Hospital. Downside, only 1 small carton of milk for 2 people/2nights. Otherwise, all great.

Enjoyable
Pros:

The front desk staff were friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed for our stay including hotplate, microwave, toaster, etc.
The hotel is conveniently located with a tram stop only a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that on arrival our GPS directed us to the security car park entry at the rear of the building but reception is accessed at the front of the building. A quick phone call to reception soon had the security door open and we were able to gain entry to the hotel.
