Run down and shabby.
Pros:

The most run down overpriced place we have ever been to. If you think stained furniture, broken electrical, old equipment has not been looked after, walls that need painting and terrible housekeeping is acceptable,then choose this place. There are so many other places that cost less and are far more pleasant. Even the fact that it is close to trams does not make up for this. It is barely 2 stars in our opinion. If you are looking for an apartment hotel, look elsewhere.

Good value hotel, well fitted and located
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful..... and loved that the foyer had a great complimentary coffee machine.. a lovely latte first thing is a great way to start the day. The room was clean and had everything that was need, happy that the room had a walk n shower

Pros:

Location is excellent. Our visit was to attend the Alfred which is a short 10min walk.

Cons:

I did have an issue with a TV remote but the staff were very good and resolved the issue promptly and checked with me again to ensure l was happy.
