5*, ale jest dużo lepszych hoteli w Wietnamie
Pros:

Przestronny pokój z widokiem na morze. Duży wybór dań na śniadanie.

Cons:

Brak lub bardzo słaba działająca klimatyzacja na korytarzu 33 piętra jak i w pokoju. Musieliśmy kartę zostawiać w pokoju, żeby klimatyzacja działala przez 24h, ustawiona na 16 stopni, która tylko delikatnie chodziła. Personel, który prędzej mówi po rosyjsku, niż po angielsku to dla mnie nie do zaakceptowania w 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu. Lokalizacja, jeżeli przyjechałeś to odpocząć, z rodziną, lub cenisz sobie dobry sen, zapomnij o tym. Na przeciwko hotelu jest Beach bar, który gra muzykę do rana.

Beautiful view of the beach.
Lots to do, see and eat just outside the front door

Cons:

Quite a large hotel and trying to get a lift was quite hard.
Check in took way to long - lots of processes to go through.
Pool area could do with a few more lounge chairs considering the size of the hotel

Отель через дорогу от пляжа. Очень близко. Хорошие завтраки. Отличный бассейн. Нормальный спортзал.

Cons:

Процесс заселения занял около 30 минут. Уборка ежедневная, но практически всегда с ньюансами. Что-нибудь обязательно забудут положить. А самый главный минус - отвратительная звукоизоляция панорамного остекления. Поскольку отель на самой оживленной дороге, то все звуки у Вас в номере. Мы жили на 16 этаже, но нас это не спасло. Напротив отеля клуб под открытым небом. Вы пытаетесь уснуть на дискотеке до часа ночи. А в 5 утра на пляже во время нашего отпуска начинались соревнования по плаванию в открытой воде. Ведущий нещадно блажил в микрофон изображая накал страстей... не спасали даже наушники. В итоге наш отдых был категорически испорчен. Уезжали с чувством облегчения, что наконец-то эта пытка закончилась.

Great location, comfortable rooms but very big, very busy hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely but very big. It was very well located and you could walk to local eateries and along the beach front. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast area is huge and very busy. They also have a second area on a different floor which they open if the hotel is full. They state that this has the same food but it is definitely a lot smaller selection than in the main breakfast area.

Cons:

При заезде в номере были пятна на креслах,слой пылт и обертки от еды под кроватью,как будто там не мыли очень давно,заляпанрая балконная дверь.
Пришлось тдти на ресепшен и просить убраться.

Stay was fine but noisy and staff were rude
Pros:

Convenient location, decent room

Cons:

Lifts overcrowded and stopped at every floor on the way down to breakfast, which took a long time as we were on floor 38. Not enough lifts for number of guests.
Noisy music playing until 1am.
Staff pressured us into leaving a good review when we checked out, oversaw the review and submitted on our behalf.

Amazing holiday in this beautiful hotel
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and just across the beach , with plenty of shops around the area. The breakfast was delicious with multiple options, chefs ready to cook for you on demand, coffee station making your coffee the way you want and the view from breakfast is the best in town! Comfortable room, excellent service, great pool. Everything was perfect, we had such an amazing time at Vinpearl Beachfront Hotel! Thank you !

My stay at the Vinpearl Beachfront Hotel was exceptional in every way. The property is beautifully maintained, modern, and perfectly positioned right on the beachfront, offering stunning ocean views from morning to night. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Stay in room 3025. The Sailing Club beach a across the road too. Good cocktails and great food.
Starbucks in the hotel too.

Cons:

The only downside of my stay was the check‑in experience. Because the hotel is so large, the lobby becomes extremely busy at peak times, and the process can feel slow and overwhelming. It’s clear the staff are doing their best, but the volume of guests is simply too high for the current setup. With a hotel of this size, having extra support at check‑in — especially during rush periods — would make a huge difference and create a smoother arrival experience.
