В целом, всё было замечательно.
Pros:

В принципе всё очень на достойном уровне, но это не классические 5 звезд, наверно, звезды 4 заслуженно. Персонал очень дружелюбный и приветливый. Отмечу это как главное достоинство. В номере тихо, хорошая вентиляция и система кондиционирования, отличная подача горячей воды, хороший напор в кранах. Завтраки хорошие, очень много блюд представлены, голодным точно не останешься, но нам надоело за 2 недели одно и то же.

Cons:

Необходимо поменять ковровое покрытие на этажах, оно грязное и выглядит изношенным. Уборку в номере можно делать более внимательно, у нас всегда были грязные полы после уборки, особенно в углах, а так же переодически забывали оставить чистые халаты и тапочки.

Great stay
Pros:

We were on honeymoon and they gave us a free dessert when we got there! Staff were friendly and place was clean. Our room had a great view.

Cons:

I am guessing there were less than 10 ubrellas at the beach - so we had to hire umbrellas / lay on the sand which was filled with trash / sigarette buds.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Big room, comfy bed, absolutely wonderful view with sunrises from the sea and over the beach along the shoreline, cleanliness, breakfast incredible variety, close to the beach, good restaurants, Vincom Plaza supermarket.

Cons:

1. They charged me 2,000,000VND more at check in, that I found out only at check-out. They said the they will return it in 45 days- it didn't happen. I email them my request after that and they refunded me 2 M VND in 7 days. Not ideal, but, at least, honest. 2. Not enough sun loungers on a beach. 3. Water in the swimming pool is quite cold in March.

Pros:

Расположение. Недалеко от моря. Завтраки очень приличные.

Cons:

Гостиничные номера "уставшие". Заселение на 20 минут позже от положенного. На море от гостиницы 10 лежаков. Остальные платные. Пляж грязный. Море чистое только до 11 часов, потом приплывает все, что только возможно представить. Очень шумно по вечерам. Душевая кабина старая, пропускает воду в ванную комнату. Приходится все время вытирать воду полотенцем. А полотенца меняют не каждый день. Нет трансфера. Заказать такси на ресепшен невозможно. Старые доллары в гостинице не меняют.

Great hotel and facilities, but the staff weren't very friendly.
Pros:

Great modern hotel with good facilities. Good location by the beach and breakfast was very good.

Cons:

We found the staff quite difficult, we felt nowhere near as welcomed in this hotel as we did in other hotels in Vietnam. The sunbed facilities both on the beach and by the pool were very disappointing. We were there 6 nights and only one of those days did we manage to get sunbeds.

Great location over looking the beach
Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The package holiday guests (from Russia) made this a different experience from the Vin Pearl in Halong Bay.
It was noisy, dirty and had a busy almost aggressive feel.

Breakfast felt more like a canteen with guests shouting, overflowing their plates with excess amounts of food. Coffee and tea supplies ran out.

The lobby had Russian meet and greets from the package holiday representatives.

Smokers sat outside on the benches , disgracing their buts on the street.

On a Saturday night the Beach Party at the Sailing Club outside our room had over the top music playing til 2am. We would normally have joined but we felt the general atmosphere was aggressive towards westerners.

The hotel manager moved us to another room so we could sleep.

Traumhafte Lage und Aussicht – organisatorisch mit deutlichem Verbesserungsbedarf
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – zentral gelegen und der Name „Beachfront“ ist absolut passend. Besonders die größeren Zimmer mit Meerblick bieten eine einzigartige Aussicht auf Strand, Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, gut ausgestattet und schaffen eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.
Auch das Personal war überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit im Umgang mit den Gästen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der sehr große Balkon meines Zimmers auf der 27. Etage! gewesen, der viel Platz bot, um entspannt auch mit Gästen zusammenzusitzen und die wunderschöne Aussicht in angenehmer Atmosphäre zu genießen. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel viel Potenzial für einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Das Management des Hotels war grundsätzlich freundlich und bemüht gegenüber den Gästen. Allerdings zeigte sich im täglichen Ablauf deutlich, dass es an professioneller Koordination und organisatorischer Struktur fehlt. Insbesondere im Bereich Hygiene, Reinigung und operativer Abläufe im Hospitality-Management bestehen aus meiner Sicht erhebliche Defizite.
Problematisch waren unter anderem Situationen im Frühstücks- und Buffetbereich, bei denen Sauberkeit und hygienische Standards nicht dem internationalen Niveau entsprachen, das man in dieser Kategorie erwarten darf. Auch wurden Gäste aufgrund von Überfüllung durch ungepflegte und offensichtlich nicht gereinigte Treppenhäuser in andere Bereiche umgeleitet, was keinen guten Eindruck hinterließ.
Zusätzlich wirkte die Personalorganisation überfordert: Mitarbeiter übernahmen gleichzeitig mehrere Funktionen, wodurch Qualitätsverluste entstanden. So war beispielsweise der Pool-Mitarbeiter gleichzeitig für die Ausgabe der Handtücher zuständig, was mehrfach zu Verwechslungen zwischen gebrauchten und frischen Handtüchern führte. Gleichzeitig fehlte dadurch eine angemessene Betreuung und Aufsicht im Poolbereich.
Insgesamt entsteht der Eindruck, dass das Hotel an seine organisatorischen Grenzen stößt und das Management Schwierigkeiten hat, operative Probleme frühzeitig zu erkennen und professionell zu lösen. Sehr schade, da Freundlichkeit allein langfristig keinen hochwertigen Aufenthalt sicherstellt.
