The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and well looked after every single day. A special thank‑you to Tra My and Ngo
Pros:

My stay at the Vinpearl Beachfront Hotel was exceptional in every way. The property is beautifully maintained, modern, and perfectly positioned right on the beachfront, offering stunning ocean views from morning to night. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Stay in room 3025. The Sailing Club beach a across the road too. Good cocktails and great food.
Starbucks in the hotel too.

Cons:

The only downside of my stay was the check‑in experience. Because the hotel is so large, the lobby becomes extremely busy at peak times, and the process can feel slow and overwhelming. It’s clear the staff are doing their best, but the volume of guests is simply too high for the current setup. With a hotel of this size, having extra support at check‑in — especially during rush periods — would make a huge difference and create a smoother arrival experience.

Très bien. C’est un hôtel de 4 étoiles
Pros:

Le personnel était très aimable et poli
Nous avons eu la chambre ocean view lit king size au 41 e étage ( le dernier étage) et la vue est époustouflante. La chambre est très grande et jolie. Le lit est un peu dur
Le déjeuné est super avec une très grande variété de mets vietnamiens et mets occidentaux
La plage est belle et grande et juste en face de l’hôtel

Cons:

L’état d’usure des tapis dans les couloirs ( grand besoin de rénover)
Il y a seulement 8 chaises longues permises par la ville à la plage. Impossible de trouver une place
Changez les peignoirs fleuries et vieillots qui ont l’air cheap
. Ça ne donne pas envie de les enfiler

Pros:

Two rooms apartment are comfortable for 4 persons.

Cons:

The room with ocean view, the noises were unbearable till midnight and early in the morning there were events going on at the beach! The kid’s club was empty, toys are all broken.

Pros:

The Location of the Hotel is excellent, otherwise it was to me a average hotel. We booked a one bedroom suite which was surprising small with little room for suitcases. The breakfast on the 1st morning was a bit chaotic with plates stacked up on tables and found it difficult to get a set table everyday, coffee machines worked intermittently and restocking of certain items was very slow. The swimming pool was great with a great view. Some of the staff on reception seemed indifferent when asking general questions about the area, as I asked what would be the price on a taxi to Vin wonders and was told to go outside and ask a Taxi driver.

В целом, всё было замечательно.
Pros:

В принципе всё очень на достойном уровне, но это не классические 5 звезд, наверно, звезды 4 заслуженно. Персонал очень дружелюбный и приветливый. Отмечу это как главное достоинство. В номере тихо, хорошая вентиляция и система кондиционирования, отличная подача горячей воды, хороший напор в кранах. Завтраки хорошие, очень много блюд представлены, голодным точно не останешься, но нам надоело за 2 недели одно и то же.

Cons:

Необходимо поменять ковровое покрытие на этажах, оно грязное и выглядит изношенным. Уборку в номере можно делать более внимательно, у нас всегда были грязные полы после уборки, особенно в углах, а так же переодически забывали оставить чистые халаты и тапочки.

Great stay
Pros:

We were on honeymoon and they gave us a free dessert when we got there! Staff were friendly and place was clean. Our room had a great view.

Cons:

I am guessing there were less than 10 ubrellas at the beach - so we had to hire umbrellas / lay on the sand which was filled with trash / sigarette buds.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Big room, comfy bed, absolutely wonderful view with sunrises from the sea and over the beach along the shoreline, cleanliness, breakfast incredible variety, close to the beach, good restaurants, Vincom Plaza supermarket.

Cons:

1. They charged me 2,000,000VND more at check in, that I found out only at check-out. They said the they will return it in 45 days- it didn't happen. I email them my request after that and they refunded me 2 M VND in 7 days. Not ideal, but, at least, honest. 2. Not enough sun loungers on a beach. 3. Water in the swimming pool is quite cold in March.
