Cons:

Rezeption konnte gar kein Englisch und es war unmöglich mit ihnen zu kommunizieren, Zimmer war nicht sauber und sandig, Frühstücksbuffet müsste anders organisiert werden damit sich manche Menschen nicht total daneben benehmen und sich ein 2. Buffet auf dem eigenen Tisch aufbauen.

Не понравилось качество обслуживания на ресепшене. Я бронировала номера на букинге, подробно указала, сколько человек будет жить в номере с датами рождений (планировалось поселить 3-х детей в номере). В итоге по приезду оказалось, что нет дополнительной кровати и что все кровати разобраны. После того, как я сказала, что готова доплатить за кровать, она чудесным образом сразу же нашлась. Первая девушка озвучила цену в 300000 донгов за ночь, но потом цена почему то поднялась до 1190000 донгов за ночь.

У нас был угловой номер-студия с видом на море, очень красивые виды. Сам номер тоже понравился.

Cons:

Завтраки очень однообразные, почти нет овощей и они очень странно нарезаны. Несколько раз ходили на пляж, но там не бывает не только свободных шезлонгов, но и полотенец тоже.

Mixed opinion- please improve the sun bed management at pool
Pros:

I have a pretty mixed opinion and review about this resort. This is possibly due to the time of year we stayed as it was peak season and extremely busy. I’ll split it into the good and bad points
Good
Staff excellent and always polite, smiling, and happy to assist where they could.
Great pool, views from there amazing and lovely bar and sitting area.
Room was big, air con in room great, view from our oceanfront room balcony was fantastic. Was nice to have a kitchen sink, and plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage.

Bad points
Lifts were almost always jam packed after very lengthy waits. Occasionally would have to wait for three lifts to pass before you would fit but unfortunately people were happy to overload the lifts. Several times I was in a lift with around eighteen people and luggage. Extremely uncomfortable and dangerous. Staff did their best on the ground floor to control the flow into the lifts but when not there people were not considerate of numbers at all.
Beach sun lounges were minimal. Not sure why but there were only about six to eight there. We could get a towel but then had to hire a lounge from another provider for around AUD $15 for two people.
Sun lounges at pool. This would be my biggest gripe. Given the size of the hotel there are not enough of them, nor enough umbrellas for those they already have. The pool gets extreme sun in the morning, so would be good to have more umbrellas but for those who like the sun all day, please note the pool does not get sun in the afternoon (obviously not their fault, just an observation). People were allowed to reserve the sun beds for an entire day. They would be reserved from 7:30 and often no one in them until lunch or after. There were times that there were at best three of the chairs being used by people present either in the pool or on the lounge and all others reserved. When we asked about this practice we were told quite simply that people put their belongings down and go away but the staff would not remove them. There was no signage or advice to patrons to indicate this is unacceptable. I think if the hotel at least provided this information to patrons then staff would actually be able to manage it. It was honestly the most frustrating part of our stay. Additionally at times they ran out of pool towels and we waited over an hour for a towel.
Pool bar. While in a great spot and lovely staff, did not charge to our room. We were always required to either pay cash or card when ordering. This feels unusual in a hotel of this size.
Pool glass at infinity pool. This glass was extremely dirty and seemed etched and probably unable to be cleaned even if they tried but feel like no one did clean it in the ten days we were there. Seems picky but made a huge difference to the experience swimming in an infinity pool.
Overall, this was our experience and I think everyone would feel quite differently about this hotel dependent on the time of year you visit and your expectations. It’s by no means a bad hotel, and staff really were amazing, there were just parts of our stay that left us very disappointed.
