Very kind staff, spotless rooms, and excellent service.
Pros:

Everyone was extremely kind, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were very flexible and accommodating. I accidentally took the soap from the hotel, and when I contacted them about it, they responded in a very kind and understanding way. I am truly grateful for their kindness and excellent hospitality. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant!

もう4回目くらいですが、また来ます。
Pros:

価格が安い、駅から近い、スーパーやコンビニが近い、とても静か、部屋は靴を脱いで上がるスタイルなこと、大(中かも)浴場があること、ルームウェアがワッフルで着心地が良いこと。

Cons:

ウェルカムドリンクがコーヒーしかないこと。飲めないので、紅茶やほうじ茶などあると嬉しいです。

リーズナブルに快適な一泊になりました。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

大浴場の温泉に入れるところ、部屋の大きさも比較的大きく、ゆとりがある。

Cons:

淀屋橋駅から徒歩圏内ですが、ちょっとだけ遠い。

無駄のないシステムや部屋のレイアウトが使いやすかったです。大浴場も部屋のお風呂もそれぞれ快適でした。朝食は普通でしたが大阪らしいメニューもあり満足でした。
