Pros:

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, cozy and clean, the food is super delicious, the staff is friendly and the hotel is in a very communicative location at a walking distance from the center of Bucharest. Highly recommend it!

Va fi prima optiune de cazare ori de cate ori avem treaba in Bucuresti!
Pros:

Desi nu ne asteptam initial - am fost foarte placut impresionati de proprietate!
Mic dejun diversificat si foarte bun! Am servit chiar si cina - mancare buna si la preturi decente!
Foarte curat in toata proprietatea! Personal amabil! Izolare fonica buna - nu am auzit ca am avea vecini pe etaj!
Cafea si apa oferita in camere - foarte bune!
Apartamentul foarte foarte spatios, cu 3 dormitoare + living + bucatarie + 2 bai mari si complet echipate, cu tot ce aveai nevoie - papuci camera, halate baie, prosoape, kit-uri igiena dentara, etc... Mobilier in apartament diversificat si mai mult decat suficient! Un balcon acoperit si enorm de mare!
Amplasarea foarte buna pentru scopul calatoriei noastre - la 6 minute de mers pe jos de Piata Romana!
Pozitionarea la o strada laterala, unde puteai si sa parchezi contracost si liniste pe timpul noptii!
Sigur vom reveni la locatie!

Cons:

Salteaua la paturi un picut cam tare - pentru gustul nostru - patul era insa foarte mare.
Televizorul prezent doar in living.
Acestea sunt insa lucruri efectiv minore comparativ cu restul!

Cons:

Am ales această locație bazându-ne pe recenziile foarte bune de pe Booking, deși am observat și câteva comentarii legate de curățenie și mirosul de canalizare. Din păcate, după sejurul nostru, am constatat că acele probleme chiar există.

Punctul forte al apartamentului este, fără îndoială, dimensiunea foarte mare, pentru un cuplu cu un copil este perfect. De asemenea, micul dejun a fost foarte bun și diversificat.

Totuși, curățenia lasă mult de dorit. Canapeaua din living era murdară, la fel și scaunele, iar în baie și pe patul din dormitor am găsit fire de păr, lucru deloc plăcut.

Cea mai mare problemă a fost însă mirosul puternic de canalizare, care se simțea în tot apartamentul, în special în baie și dormitor. Am mers la recepție și am solicitat schimbarea camerei, însă domnul de la recepție ne-a spus că în toate camerele este aceeași situație și că nu au ce să facă, eventual să ne ofere un parfum de cameră. Sincer, ultimul lucru de care aveam nevoie era parfum peste mirosul insuportabil de canalizare. Am ținut geamurile deschise cât de mult am putut pentru a putea suporta situația.

Este păcat, pentru că locația are potențial datorită camerelor/apartamentelor spațioase și micului dejun foarte bun, însă problemele legate de curățenie și mirosul de canalizare ne-au stricat complet experiența. Din păcate, nu vom mai reveni.

Very nice accomodation for a short stay with friends.
Pros:

We had a big suite with two seperate rooms and very nice balcony. The kitchen was big with a fridge and freezer.

Airco in the rooms, which was necessary.

Ventilation system in the bathrooms and toilets

Cons:

The quality of the breakfast was subpar (maybe not for romanian standards). No fresh orange juices, not a big choice of fresh fruit. Not alot of bread variety.

Some of the furniture felt very cheap and shabby.

Suite davvero bella e pulita. Colazione buona. Posizione non centrale, serve una bella passeggiata per arrivare alla meteo

Cucina non davvero attrezzata per poter cucinare. A me non è servita ma se qualcuno volesse farlo mancava tutto, niente pentole. Solo 4 piatti e posate

Perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Dies ist unser zweiter Aufenthalt hier. Geräumiges Apartment, voll ausgestattete Küche, zusätzliches Besteck auf Anfrage. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück für alle Ernährungsweisen.

Cons:

Ein wenig Liebe zum Detail würde nicht schaden. (Der Seifenspender war beispielsweise nicht ordnungsgemäß installiert).
