Cons:

Knowing the rules at Moxy hotels, I decided to book a stay, but I didn’t expect the check-in to take place in a club-like atmosphere, where I couldn’t hear a word the receptionist was saying (there was a karaoke party organised by the hotel). What’s more, the hotel states that there is a library on the second floor where you can relax in peace and quiet and have a coffee, but nobody mentions that this library is on a mezzanine level just above the bar, where it’s incredibly noisy. To sum up, this hotel is not a place where you can relax after a busy day. The noise is simply everywhere – in the rooftop bar, in the lifts, in the corridors and in the hotel lobby. I would definitely never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Struttura rinnovata in stile moderno e minimal, staff cordiale, camera molto pulita e dotata di lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Nella hall é presente un bar, con zona svago comune e un coffe shop. Zona tranquilla a 10 minuti dalla stazione Metro.

Nice location and cozy small room.

Cons:

A lot of private rooftop parties so don’t expect to be able to sit and relax up there.
The staff did not inform about anything and some of them are very rude.
Don’t buy the breakfast it is slow and fat.

Localização excelente fácil andar por lá. Local silencioso, cama confortável e ótimo chuveiro, tudo que precisamos pra descansar.

Pros:

The staff. Not booking.com. You guys were terrible. You needed a "verification" that we hadn't arrived until Friday, you knew the property could not provide you with one because otherwise they'd have to take liability on refunding us, so instead you tell me you can't shorten the stay and extend it one more day for free because you need that verification code. Again knowing it was already prepaid and the hotel was not going to do that. I was even going as far as being able to show proof that we took a flight the next day. You guys know of this loop hole and took advantage. It is a scam and I will never be scheduling anything through booking.com. In fact everyone I know will know how you guys operate and the experience we had.
