Super Stadthotel mit kurzen Wegen !!
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Wer Bahnhofsnähe und Rotlicht nicht mag, kommt und geht einfach über die andere Seite zur Hauptstraße. Es ist ruhig und sicher. Die Austragung ist sehr gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Tolle Zimmer und super Frühstück – aber die Lage erfordert starke Nerven

Das Holiday Inn / the niu selbst ist wirklich klasse! Die Zimmer sind modern, ordentlich, sauber und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Trotz der zentralen Lage konnte ich in meinem Zimmer sehr ruhig und angenehm schlafen. Auch das Frühstück war wirklich äußerst lecker – besonders gemessen am Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Der Haken ist leider die direkte Umgebung:
Theoretisch ist die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Innenstadt perfekt. Praktisch liegt das Hotel allerdings in einer Straße, die zu den schwierigsten gehört, die ich in Deutschland gesehen habe. Offener Drogenkonsum und sehr elende Zustände prägen hier das Straßenbild. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit sollte man sich hier absolut nicht mehr aufhalten.

Verschrikkelijke locatie
Cons:

De locatie is heel slecht. Gevaarlijkste straat in Frankfurt is mij achteraf verteld. Enorme groepen verslaafden, daklozen en prostituees verzamelen zich in de straat van het hotel die redelijk donker is.

Parkeergarage was geblokkeerd en op straat wilde je je auto met spullen echt niet kwijt.

Cons:

Otel önünü sevmedim. Tedirgin edici Sokak. Sigara kullandığım için gece kapı önüne çıkıp sigara içmek zor oldu. Otel ile bağlantılı arkada bahçe gibi bir bölüm var. O bölüm sigara içmek veya oturmak için ayrılabilir. 7. Katta teras ve bar var ancak kapalıydı.
