Pros:

Rundum zufrieden. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber und modern. Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht und sogar noch etwas mehr.

Cons:

An der Unterkunft nichts zu bemängeln. Außer das Klientel auf der Straße vorm Hotel.

Sehr gutes hotel ganz in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof und zur Innenstadt
Personal nett und freundlich
Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Das Parkhaus mit dem Duplex Deck ist ja eine tolle Sache wenn sie funktioniert
Wenn man was vom Auto braucht muss man immer zur Rezeption gehen und die müssen dann mitkommen und das Parkdeck freischalten sowas nervt

Sehr modernes und komfortables Hotel für Businessreisende in unschöner Gegend von Frankfurt a. Main
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel und ruhig, obwohl das Fenster nach draußen zur Niddastraße ging. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und die technische Ausstattung bestens. Auch der Frühstücksraum und das Frühstück sind perfekt und man hat einen schönen Blick über die Dächer des Bankenviertels.

Cons:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und es sind nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof bis zum Hotel. Allerdings ist die Straße, in der das Hotel liegt, sehr schmutzig und es gibt viele Drogenabhängige, Obdachlose und Dealer.

Mooi hotel, super lekkere bedden en schoon. Personeel zeer vriendelijk

Cons:

De locatie was erg schokwekkend. Veel junkies, dealers zoveel en zo erg aan toe nog nooit gezien.

Pros:

Dieses Hotel werde ich nicht mehr buchen die Niddastrasse ist von Dreck und Obdachlosen Menschen nicht zu überbieten.

Cons:

Die Straße ist ein einzige Müllhalde und mit zerbrochenen Glas übersät obdachlose recht und links der Straße mit spritzen in der Hand.
Es richt nach Urin und Dreck.
Das Personal ist total überfordert, alle Gäste die einchecken wollten mussten sehr lange auf ein Zimmer warten.

Uma estadia muito agradável
Pros:

O hotel é ótimo, confortável, silencioso, o atendimento é super acolhedor e tudo muito limpo. Foi possível fazer check-in antecipado e isso foi muito bom. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo o que eu precisava (transporte público e supermercado), fácil para ida e volta ao aeroporto, e a uma pequena caminhada do centro histórico. Todos os empregados do hotel com quem eu interagi foram ótimos. Me receberam de forma muito acolhedora e sempre que pedi informações para me deslocar pela cidade também foram muito solícitos. Minha estadia foi muito agradável.

Cons:

Por ser uma região central, o número de moradores de rua ou de pessoas que consomem drogas nas ruas é alto. Isso assusta um pouco no início, mas logo se percebe que não são pessoas das quais se deve sentir medo, e sim compaixão pela situação que estão vivendo naquele momento, torcendo para que superem essa fase.

Sauberkeit und klimatisiertes Zimmer

Cons:

Umgebung vor dem Hotel sehr unsauber und man hat sich nicht wirklich wohl und sicher gefühlt.
Zudem sehr hellhörige Zimmer, man hat viele Geräusche gehört.
