Train your staff to do better!!!
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel as it is very close to the main station. I also like the size of the hotel and the size of the rooms.

Noa was amazing. She assisted me really well and was so kind. It's such a pity that she's leaving and you'll be stuck with Amir!

Cons:

I didn't like that there were no tea and coffee facilities, no mini bar fridge, no water provided and that the bedding was all single and not made for double beds.

AMIR was absolutely rude. He was aggressive and disrespectful. He should learn how to treat guests. He is the reason you're getting a low rating from me.

Horrible neighbourhood
Pros:

Friendly staff.

Super clean hotel.

Cons:

Small room.

The neighbourhood is dreadful; people are shooting up right in front of everyone, every 20 metres.

Ein rundum gelungener und entspannter Aufenthalt – alles war bestens!
Pros:

Das Hotel war super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und der Check-in verlief absolut reibungslos. Auch das Frühstück bot eine tolle Auswahl für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag.

Cons:

Es war wirklich alles völlig in Ordnung, es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Asiallinen ja siisti hotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvä aamiainen.

Cons:

Ympäristö on aika epämääräinen ja epäsiisti narkomaaneineen ym. Melu kantautui kerroksiin jos ikkuna oli auki ja ikkunat kadulle päin. En suosittele lapsiperheille enkä muillekaan, joita ympäristön epämääräisyys saattaisi häiritä. Itse hotelli oli kuitenkin oikein asiallinen ja siisti.

Don't stay here
Pros:

Hotel very clean, staff extremely nice and helpful

Cons:

Area is extremely sketchy, don't stay in this part of Frankfurt. I read the reviews and thought people were exaggerating - they aren't - don't stay here

Pros:

The hotel is extremely clean, staff super nice and helpful, rooms are cosy and quiet, fantastic shower and the staff gave us free lemon waters when we checked out which was extremely kind as we were there during a heat wave!

Cons:

The air con in the room could have been a tad bit stronger (it seemed in our room we couldn't turn the temperature down from 22 degrees) but it was still helpful

Pros:

Good value for money, very friendly staff and very clean.

Cons:

They didn’t have a mini fridge in our room.
The Location is close to the train station and accessible but it’s a very dangerous neighbourhood.

Cons:

Die Lage bzw. die Umgebung des Hotels ist leider katastrophal. Und genau wegen dieser Lage kann man das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen, was für das Hotel selbst und das dortige Personal ausgesprochen schade ist.

Pros:

Ausstattung eigentlich recht gut

Cons:

Ich bin sehr spät angereist, nur den Rucksack abgestellt und erst gegen Mitternacht das Zimmer bezogen.

Bei den Extremtemperaturen war die Klimaanlage überlastet. Im Zimmer war es sehr stickig und unerträglich. In der Nacht kein Auge zugemacht
