The staff were amazing and the room was clean.
Pros:

Clean. Good condition. Nice location.

Cons:

The room temp control didn’t seem to work. It was cold, I turned up the temp, and it blew cold air directly onto my side of the bed without warming up or stopping. We finally turned it off entirely. There was only a very thin comforter and no extra blanket.

A must while staying in Chicago - perfect
Pros:

Location, facilities and great staff and service
In particular the night auditor - hands down she is the best you can get
Also the amenities in the room - specially the espresso machine 😍.

Cons:

Breakfast in morning was a bit slow but the staff was very pleasant and welcoming
Gym needs more state of art and caterer for modern travellers.

A nice stay, in a very convenient location, but the noise level would probably put us off in future.
Pros:

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. A real asset to the hotel. The room was very nice (if a little on the small side). The bed was comfortable and the shower was really good. The toiletries were a nice touch also.

Cons:

The noise from outside was the main thing we disliked. Also, the room was lovely and cool during the day but a little on the warm side overnight. There wasn't very much storage space, either in the bedroom or the bathroom. The TV was suffering from a 'glitch' issue which caused it to come back on again when switched off. It would have been helpful to have been warned about this potential issue on check in so we knew what to do if we were affected.
