Bien placé mais très décevant. Ont tenté de nous soudoyer pour modifier notre appréciation !
Pros:

Bonne situation géographique : près du lac, au centre de la vielle ville.
Malgré cela, hôtel silencieux.
Personnel charmant et très accomodant.

Cons:

Chambres très sombres en dessous du 5ème niveau (5th floor, 4ème étage, selon sa façon de compter) car les fenêtres donnent sur un mur...
Petit déjeuner un peu moins à la hauteur d'autres hôtels similaires (en prix).
Piscine très petite
Salle de sport = 1 banc, des poids libres, 2 tapis de course, 2 vélos. Largement insuffisant. Les photos sur Booking correspondent tout à fait à la salle, il n'y a rien de plus.
La climatisation dans le restaurant ne fonctionne pas correctement (il y fait trop chaud) dès le matin.
Le plus décevant est qu'à la lecture de notre commentaire, ils nous ont proposé un rabais de 30% sur notre facture pour améliorer notre commentaire et notre note finale. Nous ne sommes apparemment pas les seuls (cf. d'autres commentaires).
Par honnêteté vis à vis des prochains clients, nous avons refusé et avons ajouté ce commentaire.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, walking distance to a nice lake and so many restaurants. The rooftop pool and bar area was great and Kevin the bartender was very accommodating. I will be staying here the next time I home to Hanoi.

Het hotel heeft een lekker zwembad op het dak met uitzicht over de stad. De service was erg goed, Kaycee heeft ons goed geholpen. We zijn naar ha long bay gegaan en konden bij het hotel onze spullen opslaan.
