Pros:

Outstanding service. Very welcoming and attentive. We really appreciated the drinks and snacks after a long flight. It was great being able to safely store our luggage after we checked out, and have the opportunity for a shower before our next flight. The hotel organised cars to and from the airport which worked very smoothly. The room had comfortable beds, a good shower and good aircon. Thanks very much to the staff at Shining Central.

Heerlijk verblijf met mooie kamers!
Pros:

Ideaal gelegen aan Old Town Hanoi. Je kan na het uitchecken nog gebruik maken van het zwembad en je omkleden en zelfs nog een douche nemen. Heel vriendelijke staff. Eerlijk.

Cons:

Het zwembad op het dak is kleiner dan het er op de foto’s uitziet maar we hebben er toch van kunnen genieten op het heetst van de dag.

Cons:

Nefunkční klimatizace - nešla regulovat, takže buď člověk přes noc mrznul, nebo umřel horkem. Slabá snídaně. Tenké zdi - šel slyšet rámus z ostatních pokojů.

Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Hannah was amazing from start to finish and truly made our experience special. She catered to our every need with such warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.

She went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday exceptional, adding thoughtful touches that made the celebration unforgettable. Nothing was too much trouble and her outstanding customer service is a real credit to the hotel.

Thank you, Hannah, for making our stay so memorable. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and genuine hospitality.

Heerlijk verblijf in Hanoi
Pros:

Heerlijk om na een dag Hanoi in de toproof pool een drankje te doen. Daarnaast is de locatie in de Old Quarter ideaal.

Cons:

Kamers zijn niet overdreven groot en hebben een klein raam. Maar ja, wat moet je op je kamer doen, anders dan slapen.
