I love my first time in Vietnam!! This hotel and its staff made it awesome!
Pros:

It is so close to everything. It is close to the lake, to seven 11, to coffee shops, and most importantly to the friendly people of Vietnam. It’s so nice to have a spa on the property, so the appointments is so easily arranged. All our tours are booked and communicated through the staff.

You have to stay here if visiting Hanoi 🙌🏼

Couldn’t recommend this property enough, amazing location (right in the centre of Hanoi and walking distance to train street) and we had a really lovely stay here. Jen went above and beyond to ensure our time was nothing short of fabulous! Thank you Jen 🙏🏻

Very friendly staff, especially Hannah was very helpful and gave us exzellent informations, even caring for us, when she was not on Duty. Fresh fruits every day in the room. Very good breakfast.

The Minipool is really „mini“, for older people difficult to get in.

Pros:

Great location, clean and tidy rooms and stunning views from the roof top bar. We have never had such incredible customer service from a hotel like this one - Miss Jen was so kind, attentive and friendly and made sure our stay was nothing short of 5* by always going above and beyond for us. Great value for money and if we’re ever in Hanoi again, we will definitely come back to this place.
