Comfortable and convenient stay
Pros:

Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby as well as several massage shops, so the overall convenience is excellent.

We were also impressed by the laundry service. We handed in our clothes around 11:30 PM, and they were ready by the time we had breakfast the next morning, which was very efficient.

Special thanks to Zoey, Ha, Thuong, Van, Dan, Tuyen, Hoa, Be, Kieu, and Tram for their friendly and helpful service throughout our stay.

Cons:

The elevator is a little small, and some breakfast items did not have labels, so it was sometimes difficult to know exactly what the dishes were. However, these were only minor issues and did not significantly affect our overall experience.

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter.
Pros:

The room was fantastic. The breakfast had a lot of options, as a vegetarian, I had a lot of choice. Shining Central is walking distance to everything we wanted to walk to in the Old Quarter, a really great position. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The Spa was luxurious.

Cons:

There could have noon moisturiser/ body lotion in the bathroom.

Pros:

Very nice place to stay. Lots of great things and staff were great.

Cons:

Only small problem is the air con turns off when you leave the room then takes a long time to cool down again when you return. Everything else was great

Dave location, fab hotel
Pros:

Extremely friendly welcome with staff on hand to help whenever needed. Pool is a nice addition and the rooftop bar has good views. Really well located for the old quarter

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Not one complaint
Pros:

We loved absolutely everything. The staff went beyond our expectations. They were friendly, polite, happy. Their service was exceptional. Location was great especially for public transport.
We would definitely recommend this hotel. We are going back at the end of our holiday.
