It’s a beautiful location, modern and clean. The rooms are comfortable and roomy. The staff is extremely kind and the facility offers a lot of amenities.
The price is high, more than most places especially since I need to go often. They need to make better French toast. Honestly that is all. Everything else was excellent.
Pool was nice for the kids

Such a beautiful location, the people are very friendly. We stay here every chance we get. It is extremely clean and welcoming. It's quiet at night and the breakfast is wonderful.
The bed was a little hard for my liking,
Breakfast was terrific: French toast, eggs, home fried potatoes, sausage, bacon, etc.... The breakfast is served in the space adjacent to the main dining room, so very convenient to get to. there is plenty of seating.

Though I do not blame the property there was one night during my stay that it was very noisy. New guests had arrived and their children were running in the halls and making noise the time was late (after 11pm) thankfully they only stayed one night so I did not have to complain to the manager

Food some mornings was really salty
Overall, the room was ok except for the sheets on the one bed. Staff listened and was very accomodating and kind to our complaints and issues. View from the hotel was outstanding and it was very quiet.
We stayed here last year at the same time. The bedsheets had a stain on them. They were laundered but the stain still existed so housekeeping had to change all the bedding but not until the next morning. Did not see it until I pulled down the sheets for bedtime and they were gone. There was an unpleasant smell when we first walked into the room which I also discussed with the front desk. She thought it was coming from the ventilation but I am not sure about that. It needed to be Lysol or disinfected better. The breakfast was not as good as it was in the past. Before they had a bowl of fresh fruit, chocolate muffins etc... More variety and items. The diced pototoes were way too salty. We hope these issue will be improved upon in the future.

The property is beautiful and clean, in a gorgeous outdoor setting. The decor was very elegant. I enjoyed having a restaurant on-site for dinner and an included breakfast as part of the nightly rate. The bathroom was large and gorgeous with lots of counter space. I loved the outlets and USB on the nightstand. I appreciated that the air conditioning came back on automatically when we re entered the room. The staff was very nice and friendly. PLENTY of nice, thick towels.
My bed made a loud noise every time I turned over (boinggggg) and was not comfortable. That was the main reason the property didn't meet my expectations. Everything else was small. The breakfast ran out of pancake mix 30 minutes before it closed. The carpet area where we ate smelled very damp and musty. The shower pressure was weak and the shower door only covered half of the shower, allowing water into the rest of the bathroom and cold water into the shower. We got in late and tried to sleep past 8am but the auto air system turned off and the room got hot. The hallways were also super warm with no AC. The water fountain was warm. I was a little nervous as a woman going into the dark, enclosed space where the ice was, not realizing how close the machine was or that the light would come in. There was no vending there either, even though the sign stated it was "Ice and vending." Also no toilet seat in bathroom - I was worried I would drop something.

Beautiful secluded location
Far from any amenities. Shower had hair in it. Staff that checked us in were not very friendly but they handled the mix up with my name being entered backwards.
