Super hôtel je recommande vivement
Minibar offert. Suffisamment rare pour être relevé. Et personnel d'accueil formidable.
Le petit-déjeuner jusqu'à 11h aurait été un plus.

Ho dovuto richiedere le ciabattine da camera e in una camera matrimoniale con due persone ospiti é stata fornita una sola cuffia nonostante la richiesta di due e oltre al pagamento anticipato già effettuato abbiamo dovuto lasciare all’arrivo la cauzione di 400 euro
Très bel emplacement, très bel hôtel, très confortable
Le service est moyen, le personnel au bar n’a pas été très accueillant avec nous le premier soir, le voiturier était tendu, et moyennement agréable.

The restaurant was closed. This was frustrating as it was one of the deciding factors in choosing the hotel.

Le petit déjeuner, les viennoiseries ne sont vraiment pas terribles ( aucune différence avec 1 ibis ) pas de gâteaux fait maison, l'œuf que j'ai demandé, à la coque, n'était pas bien cuit,...donc le prix est très cher, pour la Qualité du petit déjeuner.
Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, grosszügige Zimmer und schöne Lage direkt am See.
Die Lüftung im Gang war recht laut.

The location the staff except for the director of the hotel who was extremely rude
The director attitude when I mention to him that the breakfast costing 80 euros for 2 was a real chaos due to staff who had no experience a broken toaster and a lack of food on the buffet table.
To add to this the air con was not working well which was really a must since it was so hot.
He was on the defensive finding excuses to cut a long story short he was not receptif and unapologetic
This is when we paid 1900 euros for 5 nights
