Pros:

Comfy room and bed. Huge clean bathroom. Great location.

Pros:

Absolut ruhige Atmosphäre. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes und stilsicheres Personal. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet. Gut klimatisiertes Zimmer.

Pros:

Die Lage ist toll, sehr zentral und am See. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Die Matratze sehr weich und durchgelegen.
Das Restaurant war eine Enttäuschung, der Service beim Frühstück ebenso. Es fehlt das Auge für‘s Detail. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas kreativer sein.

Classy hotel in a great location
Pros:

Love being on the lake, the room and facilities were very classy. This was our second time staying with Beau Rivage.

Cons:

The breakfast is too expensive so we went elsewhere. This was the only hotel where it didn’t make sense to include breakfast in the price on our 15 days in Switzerland.

Tolles Hotel mit Terrasse am Neuenburger See

Lage, Terasse, Zimmer, Bad, Sauberkeit war super.

Cons:

Ich habe 4 h auf der Bar-Terrasse verbracht. Es war wunderschön und friedlich.
Die jungen Menschen im Service waren anständig, nett und korrekt.
Für 5* war es einfach zu wenig. Ich musste jedes Getränk, jede Speise, jede Karte verlangen. Absolut nicht‘s spontanes. Ich wäre sehr konsumfreudig gewesen.
Es war 35 C, Wasserflasche leer, Weisswein leer usw. Die Terasse war max 1/4 besetzt. Eiswürfel für das Wasser wäre minumum..
Auf der Karte ein Burgunder Wein für Fr.30.-/Glas. Er war sehr gut. Ich habe die Junge Dame gefragt ob sie ein Weinglas habe für einen so exklusiven Wein.
Sie fand immerhin ein Rotwein-Glas☺️ Weit weg von einem „richtigen“ Glas für diesen Wein.
Empfehlung: Unbedingt „service Exelence“ aufschulen. Lohnt sich für Ihr tolles Lokal. Ich komme wieder, es war super, aber beim Service bin ich in dieser Preisklasse, empfindlich.
Clubsandwiche vegi - Excellent.
