Lage super, schöne Aussicht auf den See

Cons:

Die Zimmer sehen aus, als hätte man seit 30 Jahren nichts daran gemacht.
Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr gross aber eben schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es wirkt dadurch schon bald etwas schmudelig.

Parkplatz ist nicht inbegriffen.

Eines der besten Hotels in Neuenburg - Modernisierung empfohlen
Pros:

Tolle Lage, direkt am See und am Zentrum. Sehr freundliches personal. Bequemes Bett. Kaffeemaschine und Wasser auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Man merkt den Zimmer das Alter an. Eine Auffrischung hin zu moderneren Design wäre aus meiner Sicht empfehlenswert, gerade bei der Konkurrenz am Hafen. Es war schade, dass es keine Hotelbar gibt bzw. um 18:00 zumacht. Wahrscheinlich war jedoch keine Nachfrage danach und ist meine persönliche Erfahrung.

Barely Four Stars, Let Alone Five
Pros:

Staff at breakfast were friendly ( as well the concierge), location is ideal. Breakfast had lots of options. Very clean facilities ( maybe because it's not busy!) , Nespresso machines in the room a lovely touch ( shame about being so tight with the milk!!), bed very comfortable. Location is ideal. Nice gesture to let us check in ahead of 3pm.

Cons:

Never greeted or smiled at by reception staff -lots of them sitting around yet no acknowledgement when walking past- anyone could walk in ! Charging a deposit for "using the mini bar or restaurant" - yet NO restaurant and EMPTY fridge in room- cannot get even a drink or a snack in this place. No bathrobe, tiny amount of shower gel and nothing else. Barely a 4* standard..
Very noisy rooms on the lake side - groups of people singing until 2am, revellers walking past until late, lots of benches with youth gathering- we slept so bad !

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in elegantem Ambiente und an hervorragender Lage
Pros:

Sehr tolle Lage und gutes preisreduziertes Angebot für das Zimmer (kurzfristig). Elegantes Ambiente und sehr grosszügiges Zimmer. Personal sehr freundlich. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung dem Hotel entsprechend toll.

Cons:

Frühstück (wenn man kurzfristig sich dazu entscheidet) etwas zu teuer. Würde ich zukünftig bei der Buchung beachten oder vorher nachfragen. Ansonsten kann ich nichts aussetzen.
