a good-value stay in a great location
Pros:

Fantastic location right next to the station, with plenty of shopping nearby. Super convenient for getting around and finding everything you need.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit old, and the elevator had a humid smell. However, the room was comfortable and the overall stay was good value for the price.

Highly Recommended!
Pros:

This hotel is located just a few steps away from the Shintoshin station yet it's very quiet at night and we heard no train noise nor people downstairs. Three of us (husband and a teenage son) stayed comfortably and slept well. Shintoshin is in Saitama but under 30 min to Tokyo station and one station away from Omiya (where you can hop on a Shinkansen to go north like Nagano, Sendai, etc.). There are malls on the other side of the station (within a few minute walk and has Nike, Tesla, Starbucks, etc). and lots of restaurants/cafes. The staff was very polite & professional; the place was new/clean, and the breakfast buffet was a treat! It's a 4+ star hotel for the price of a 2-star hotel!

駅に近くて居心地がいいホテル
Pros:

チェックインより早く着いて荷物の預かりをお願いしましたら、『お部屋の準備ができていますので』と言っていただけて、早くお部屋に入れましたので、ゆっくりする事ができました。
フロントの方達は、いつも笑顔で迎えてくださいます。お掃除が行き届いているホテルですので気持ち良く過ごせます。今回は、お勧めで、広いベッドのあるお部屋に変更しましたら、8階からの景色が良かったです。珈琲や埼玉の和紅茶のパックや、アメニティも揃っています。
駅から近いので、飲食店、映画館やカフェなど
コクーンシティとかあります。
ホテルのビルにも飲食店あります。
部屋は、静かで内装はシャレです。
テーブルが広いのと椅子が座り心地が良くて、読書や書き物するのに助かりました。
ベッドは心地いいです。
