I booked online thru booking.com June 3 2026 and checked in at 4pm, the only room available was a smoking room. However , the moment i enter the room , it smelled really bad ,and you can really smell the residue of cigarettes very strong odor. I checked where the smell is coming from , i try opening the cr the bathtub is really dirty .And right away i go down to the lobby where i pay for my room and reported the issue ,but somehow they say that it is a smoking room, I ask to be transferred to a different room and am willing to pay a reasonable amount . The amount i payed for the room is P 2,570 two thousand five hundred seventy. I asked the cashier if they have an available room that doesn't smell cigarettes smoke with a cleaner tub. She said that they have available room amounting P 2,940 two thousand nine hundred fifty pesos.
For the transfer they charged me another P1,150 one thousand one hundred fifty pesos on top of the P 2,570 pesos i pay, if you add the amount i pay, plus the additional charge the cost now goes up to P 3720 three thousand seven hundred twenty pesos. This company is scamming clients with this kind of scheme and taking advantage of the transfer fee that will charged to clients who wants room transfer. I cant imagine how this management I calculated how and why how they come up to that large amount to charged me that much? That ,i did not even stay for an hour inside the room and reported the issue to the customer service. I explained to them that i just checked in not less than hour. I requested for a refund , but they said it is not allowed because i already entered the room. And the most aggravating reason they respond is that" I booked online and it is not their fault, I said that booking.com has no fault on this issue . Now, they blame the online booking platform of what is happening to me. This reason is so lame to me .

Washroom is so tiny. Tv is in the side of the bed, very small space.
I like the staff (shuttle bus driver, front desk), they kinda friendly and helpful.
The shower handle is kinda complicated, if you’re first time user 😆😆😆.
I think the breakfast is okay except spaghetti. Spaghetti is not good for morning breakfast. I dont see any chicken dishes.

The room is super clean, the staff are very kind and helpful.
The breakfast was below expectations. The room overall is not worth the 14K, almost 15K, for 2 nights.
Direct connection to the mall for good japanese food, Close to many things. The breakfast was ok, wouldnt hurt to have a few more items of diary. Clean rooms and comfy beds.
The bumgun in the CR was out of order, but the bathtub is a nice bonus. Over all clean and safe!

On our 2nd day of stay, the cleaning staff tried to open our room. We taken aback since were still inside our room and we did not put a sign on the door that we requested to clean our room. We were wondering why housekeeping had to open our room. Technically, it was a breach of protocol and security. We informed the FO about this. Moving forward, we hope this would not happen again. Nevertheless, we would still like to stay here when we travel back to Cebu, as we consider it as an isolated incident.
