セルフでの洗濯の料金を特に説明もなく、
1800円ほど請求をされ、
流石に高いと思ったため、
経緯等説明したが、一切聞き入れず、
その後、まるでこちらがクレーマーであるかのような扱いを本当に一部の従業員（日本の方にされ続けた。
その割に、自分が使っている割り当てられた洗濯の場所の他の人が無断で使っていたり、
トイレットペーパーや部屋の清掃などこちらが聞かないと説明がされなかったり、
よくわからないエコステイという扱いになっていたり、
肝心なことがわからず、安心して生活ができなかった。
これは本当に一部の従業員の方であり、
他の方々は親切に誠実に対応してくださった。

あの方がいる限り、お勧めできないし、
洗濯料金が、セルフで1800円というのは本当に高い請求だと思う。

Cons:

However, there were a few things that I found disappointing. The internet connection was very slow and weak, and even the mobile data signal inside the hotel was not reliable, which made it difficult to stay connected.

Another concern was the limited availability of drinking water. Guests are required to purchase additional water from the lower ground floor. I understand that this may be part of the hotel’s policy, but drinking water is an essential need for guests, and it would be better if complimentary water were readily available, especially for guests staying several nights. Other accommodations in Cebu provide easier access to drinking water.

Lastly, the bathroom does not have a bidet, which would have been a helpful and convenient addition.

liked the king bed , clean room and facilities, excellent breakfast, abundant water with strong water pressure, a/c was functioning well and temp easily adjustable, friendly staff, easy access to mall, validated overnight parking
