I didnt like the pool being closed

Not to much room to open your suitcases as we had the 2 bedroom room
It needs to be other than Asian...but big variety of Asian items
Cheap toilet seats that could make a man a female shifting all over the place snapping off and on.
You can shut the curtains all the way to and no rods or way to do it.
On the fifteenth Floor and can still hear all the animals waking up in the morning and city traffic horns etc
Strange thing about this hotel is the reception is on the 6th floor
The Fitness Room is an extra charge but quite a joke for a fitness room with 3 pieces of equipment look likes kids only can use.
Laundry facility too but also an extra charge plus buying laundry soap

I was guaranteed a rate by booking .com the I was moved to a single room at a higher rate ??? Again a third more of the price saying I would get points ? huh

I think it is fairly priced. I booked a quadruple room for me my brother and mum and the bed was huge enough for us as well as the minimalist design of the room. I particularly like Japanese minimalism because it creates a seamless and stress-free atmosphere with smart use of space. I love that there are slippers, bidet, microwave and simple furniture. The staff were also thoughtful not to disturb us but prepared the additional towels and toiletries by hanging it outside our door. The hotel was quiet compared to other more expensive places I've stayed at in Cebu. I also love that the SM J Mall is in the same building. The free shuttle service to the airport is also another advantage and they were able to book us 3 seats last minute.
Perhaps the breakfast buffet but this is subjective. I loved the ham, tamago and coffee and that it was an unlimited buffet with ample fruits, bread, rice and drinks. The pasta could do much better in my opinion.
