lovely stay in Glasgow
Pros:

first time in Glasgow and made feel welcome by the ladie on check-in and we chatted .everyone friendly and helpful .
we told them we going as went in Glasgow to the museums and saw a rave
staff smiley and help full in all departments.

Cons:

over cooked food at breakfast and staff standing around chatting and not collecting plates

Pros:

we started our holiday on 29 th of May for two nights and returning 8th of June for two nights .same staff friendly welcome .

Cons:

when we arrived we said we have dinning in hotel we asked if we had book no just come Down .So we did really unhelpful bar staff said where busy with a party and weren't doing anyone else be a long waite.so we went out .was like a different hotel the second time .
