Proximity to the city.
Had to move rooms as there was water coming from room above.
The hotel was friendly and well-located. The room was good and clean with everything we needed. There were teams staying in the hotel for the Commonwealth Games which created a festive atmosphere for all the guests.
It was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. We kept the curtains closed to prevent the sun from further heating the room through the window.

I prefer bar soap, but only pump available.

ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE. CHECK-IN STAFF WERE GREAT.
I've used Ibis hotels before and they've always been OK but nothing special. This one exceeded my expectations. The room was bigger than expected and the style was very nice and modern. The coffee shop downstairs is really good, too!

The pillows are the worst I've used in a long time. They were really soft and unsupportive

The shower temperature kept fluctuating, not terrible but just annoying.
