Very comfortable room with good bathroom. The staff courteous and helpful and a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

This property was listed as having “Parking garage”. Travelling by motorcycle and a 3 night stay in city centre location, this was the reason I booked this location. It was only on contact after I booked and paid, that I was informed that the hotel doesn’t have a parking garage but a car park was available commercially close by. This car park didn’t cater for motorcycles and I was forced to park on the road in a motorcycle bay. Far from ideal, although this induced stress during my stay, it passed without incident.

La habitación era un poco pequeña y el Bufé. El ultimo dia se iba acabando la comida y no la reponian. Poco pan.

Pros:

Friendly, approachable staff.
When my key card didn't open my door. Within 5 minutes a member of maintenance was there changing the battery.
He was chatty and worked quickly to solve the issue.
Breakfast staff were very obliging and the bar staff were friendly.
I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Glasgow.
