Do atendimento gentil, alegre e atenciosol do pessoal do restaurante Vivaldi.
Destaco alguns que perguntei os nomes Laverne, Que, Byron...e todos os demais que não sei os nomes.
O atendimento de algumas recepcionistas poderia ser mais atencioso.
The reception staff were incredible
It was a bit noisy
Very nice location for you to get to the V&A which was great for food. Reception staff where very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and they got additional gluten free bread as we requested.
A couple of times, it seemed like our room wasn't properly serviced by housekeeping, and the room door was left unlocked when we were out. This was not very secure.
The Breakfast was great and they accommodated the gluten free requirement, however at dinner there must have been either cross contamination of food, or there was gluten in the dinner, which made my wife ill
