Outstanding hotel
Pros:

Wonderful design, superb, friendly staff, an exceptionally clean and well presented hotel in a perfect location. We had a fabulous stay that couldnt have been improved in any way, so sorry to leave but fully intend to return.

O hotel tem bom café da manhã. O chuveiro também era muito bom, assim como as comodidades. O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi ótimo. O melhor do hotel é a ótima localização. A cidade pode ser conhecida à pé.

Cons:

O quarto muito pequeno não me agradou, sem local para abrir a mala.

Enjoyable place to stay in Porto
Pros:

The hotel is located in the Vitoria area of Porto and is reasonably convenient to the central parts of Porto. There is a bit of a walk down to the Rio Douro waterfront but it is an easy walk. Around the hotel are restaurants and bars. The hotel is reasonably new and has good accommodation with good sized rooms which have what is wanted in a hotel room. The staff were helpful at any time of the day or night. The bar is a pleasant place to rest after sightseeing. Laundry service was good and returned within time.

Room was very nice, maintained daily and very clean. Breakfast was very good, choices and reasonable price

One staff member was a bit "off" but only on one occasion when he tried to get the bar tv showing world cup

Uitstekend hotel op een toplocatie
Pros:

Top hotel op een perfecte locatie. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en uitgebreid ontbijt buffet.
Wij hadden kamer zonder uitzicht en dan mis je daglicht, maar is totaal geen probleem. In een stad ga je de hele dag op pad.

Good location, room ok but overall misleading.
Pros:

The staff were good and the location is ideal for exploring Porto. The reception and communal area were easily accessible.

Cons:

The room was deluxe on 5th floor with a balcony and landmark view. The balcony was less than a 1m depth and had a solid wall over 1.2m high so I couldn't see much over it and the view was the building opposite. The street below was very busy and the traffic noise was loud and went on all night. There was a coffee machine but the pods were not restocked and I was disappointed as this is usually included in 4 star hotels. The room had little storage, just a hanging rail but not a shelf or drawer or even anywhere to store a suitcase. I had to live out my suitcase on the floor. The toilet/sink and shower were separate with no privacy in the shower. You had to exit the shower wet straight into the room to get a towel.

- Die Lage ist sehr gut um Porto zu entdecken.
- Frühstück recht gut.

Cons:

- Die Fenster sind schlecht isoliert. Der Strassenverkehr ist sehr gut hörbar. Unverständlich für ein neueres, modernes Hotel. Gehörschutz zwingend!
- Keine Ablage im Badezimmer für Utensilien.
- Keine Ablage für Kleider zum Legen. Nur Kleider hängend sind möglich. Man muss aus dem Koffer leben für Shirts, Unterwäsche, Socken etc.
