Świetny hotel ale z małymi uwagami
Pros:

Lokalizacja była idealna, bardzo wygodnie łóżka, hotel jest świetnie wygłuszony - jeśli będziemy jeszcze raz w Porto napewno wybierzemy ten hotel.

Cons:

Brak prawdziwej sali śniadaniowej - jest zaaranżowane miejsce za recepcją, ale jest niewygodnie, mało miejsca, kawa niestety niesmaczna. Jedzenie ok.
Pod prysznicem był bardzo przykry zapach - nie wiem czy był to problem tylko tego jednego pokoju.

Super Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Man kann gut öffentlich zum Flughafen fahren und die nächste U-Bahn ist nicht weit entfernt. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück zu einem fairen Preis.

Well situated in the city center - walk to Porto's top spots, clean rooms and helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel was clean and well situated - very close to the Sao Bento station -approx 5 min walk. We really enjoy staying in the city center and this one fulfilled that requirement. The hotel has done a very dedicated job of the decor to match the theme of the Porto bridges! Looked a little darkish to me first- but it's in theme.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a luggage scale at the front desk which we found useful before leaving for the airport.
The shower was wow! Just like buckets of water falling on you at top speed. So refreshing. If you are looking for a place to stay in Porto - this one is surely an option.

Not great for 4 Star
Pros:

Nice hotel in a good location. Room was very nice. How ever ! My wife slipped on water in the foyer next to the reception desk and could have broke her leg, knee or hip. Even when this was pointed out and was witnessed by a member of staff they subsequently did NOTHING. It’s a fault from the air con which drips from two points. They accepted they knew about it. The tea and coffee facility in the room is not free as detailed in the brochure. One has to pay for it. Take your own tea and coffee. Upside the food at breakfast was good. The exit into the Main Street is not the best. But it is a city.
