We pend a weekend in the Novi Sad and this hotel is ideal to use it a you base to go around.

Indeed the entrance in a backyard and parking place which is a bit odd but ok.

Room was nice. gig, clean without frills.

Breakfast was served in the cellar which has a kind of style and was ok to start your day.

The hotel is in the heart of the of the City and near to everything.

Nice hotel at affordable price and near to everything.

The outside of the hotel makes you think “where did we end up”. Lots of graffiti.
The rooms are very spacious, beds are kind of comfy. The bathroom is spacious also , but only a 5ml bottle of soap per person doesn’t work in 2023.
The room is not well isolated, so you can hear other guests entering the hotel.
I would rate the room 4 out of 5.

The breakfast was very simple, and would rate this 3 out of 5.

The location is perfect, a few meters away from the city centre and nice restaurants.

Even though we had reserved accommodation and confirmation on e-mail, they pretended to be blind and said that they never heard about us. Extremely rude and unprofessional . Do not book this hotel by any chance, AVOID!!

Great hotel. It is more of a house with spacious suites and looks much better inside than outside. The owner Miša is a legend. Most helpful at navigating us to the place and very pleasant and witty to talk to. Great breakfast. Clean and big rooms. All toilettries available. Would come again. Right in the very city center. The whole place is rustic and shabby in a modern way.

unprofessional and disgraceful behavior, run away from them if you don't want to look for other accommodation at 10 p.m. Even I booked accommodation 2 months in advance and received a confirmation e-mail, upon arrival they rudely told me that there was no accommodation for my colleague and me. Poor and miserable behavior. Avoid them if at 10 p.m. you don't want to look for other accommodation in Novi Sad

Nice and cosy place with great hosts. Very clean. Fine breakfasts but all the same every day. The disadvantage od the parking for just 3 cara and gate opening by the staff. Every time you need to ask somebody to open it

Don't forget to book your parking place at booking, as hotel has only 3 places available.
Breakfast is offering really little choice: omelette with sausage, that's it! more choice would be really appreciated.

Ideal location, a few steps from the main square. Modern hotel, decorated in Scandinavian style. Everything is new and clean. Comfortable beds, refrigerator, TV with numerous channels, great wifi, kettle for free coffee and tea. Extremely friendly staff, free parking. Dog friendly hotel. Good breakfast in the restaurant located in the basement of the hotel.

We have stayed three nights at Arhiv Hotel. It is so closed to city center. Room is big, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is served at their restaurant downstair which is standard. Wifi connection is good. Reception open till 21:00. You have card to open out door if you come late.

Really nice small hotel in the heart of the city and still peaceful location! The room was excellent with separate living room/kitchenette and bedroom parts. TV offered all the possible channels and even in English. Fully equipped kitchenette although the breakfast is included in the price. Entrance is a bit tricky to find the first time.

We have spent one night at Arhiv. They were super helpful, nice, location was amazing and the hotel is very new. They even prepared us a picnic for our train trip to Budapest. Definitely I would recommend it to anyone and if I ever go back to Novi Sad I will stay there.

1.5 yaşındaki kızımızla şubat ayında 2 gece Novi Sad'da Hotel Arhiv'de konakladık. Odamız ikea katalogu gibiydi. Çok kullanışlı ve zevkli bir dekorasyonu vardı. Hava soğuk olmasına rağmen odanın ısıtması ve sıcak suyu çok iyiydi. İnternet çok hızlıydı. Kahvaltısında Türk damak tadına uyan lezzetler vardı gayet yeterliydi. Otelin konumu muhteşem özgürlük meydanının(Trg Slobode) hemen bir sokak yanında, Novi Sad'ın merkezinde, gezilecek tüm yerler yürüme mesafesinde. Otogar/Tren istasyonundan 4 numaralı otobüse binerek özgürlük meydanında inerseniz otele 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Bebekli misafirler için tek handikapı asansör yok, zaten otel 2 katlı giriş katındaki odalardan seçmenizi tavsiye ederiz. Biz otel tercihimizden çok memnun kaldık bir daha yolumuz Novi sad'a düşerse kalacak adresimiz belli. İlgili resepsiyona çok teşekkürler.

Litet och trevligt hotell mitt i stan. Rummen är små men inte för små. Tv, internet och kylskåp finns. Rent och snyggt och ser nyrenoverat ut. Bra frukost. Riktigt prisvärt. Rekommenderas. Enda negativa är att sängen var riktigt hård.

I really liked the design of room and restaurant! And it was perfectly clean. The hotel is close to most of sightseeing places. Only problem I had was finding the entrance of hotel. You have to enter at the black iron door before the yellow signboard then you'll see the hotel entrance on your right
