Location is near the Niagara Falls. There is enough space for free parking. Breakfast is good, lots of choices .
The coffee maker inside the room didn’t work . At least there is coffeee served with the complimentary breakfast. The floor carpet looks quite old and not too clean and room’s wall should be repainted.
It was ok.
We couldn't use the indoor pool, since water is too cold.and hot water pool was to available

We really enjoyed the stay..... Everything was excellent the place was clean, comfortable & welcoming..... The location was great, & we felt relaxed and at home throughout our holiday. The host/staff were friendly, helpful & made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. We were very happy with everything and really enjoyed our stay from beginning to end.
The beds were very comfortable, nice bedding and comfortable pillows and mattress. The property was older but clean. The pool was clean and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly .
Need more hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels and wet bathing suits. The pool temperature could have been a little warmer.

We liked the location and the room layout .
The rooms were very old and dusty smelled musty . The hot tub had some sludge coming out of the jets when we turned it on .
hallways were dirty and had random items in the hallway . It needs to be revamped definitely.
