Convenience in accessing multiple train lines to get around Tokyo, proximity to Ginza for shopping and food, turn down service was punctual.
You smell sewage/garbage wherever you enter the hotel through the street level elevator. Room we were assigned was obviously dated: questionable stains in the furniture, carpet, walls, and curtains, bathroom had mold and scale, with business hotel quality amenities. Not sure how it’s a five star hotel with the bare amenities - nearest coin laundry is 10-15 minutes away if you need it.
Top of the top! Wonderful location, within easy walking distance of Ginza, Palace Gardens, and the many eateries below the metro line near Yurakucho Station. Lovely people at the reception, an excellent room, good restaurant with a great breakfast. Taxi stand next to the entrance: useful for going to Tokyo Station, which is too far to walk with luggage. Great views from the outside bar at the top of the hotel.
Our corner king room was amazing. Amazing view over Ginza, plenty of space, comfortable bed, really good bathroom facilities. The restaurant is top notch and the exclusive bar had a great view and excellent service.
The only issue was the TV didn’t have streaming services which seems standard at most hotels.
We had the corner room. It was incredible spacious, perfect for our last days in Tokyo where we could lay out all our luggage.
In terms of location I stayed at a couple of other locations in Ginza. This one was my favorite. Right in front was the entrance to 3 subway lines.

Sehr gute Lage, zahlreiche Restaurants, Shops und Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig oder schnell mit der Bahn erreichbar. Hotelpersonal außergewöhnlich höflich und zuvorkommend. Hotel macht einen sehr tollen Eindruck.
Chose the hotel for the location and easy of access to Ginza and Tokyo station. Overall disappointed for the price, the hotel failed to deliver. Billed as five star but the rooms are small and hotel amenities not particularly impressive. Hotel bar service was poor and check in experience mediocre. I would expect better for the price.
