很不錯👍
Pros:

入住當天給的房間位置離電梯太遠，告知一樓櫃檯後馬上幫我換房。結果凌晨三點主臥冷氣故障，當時跟一樓櫃檯反應後馬上有人來檢查，發覺當下無法修好，立刻又幫我們換一間新房。服務很有效率，房間空間很大，房務打掃人員很和藹。這次體驗很滿意，下次來上海會再來入住。

Cons:

WiFi 真的蠻弱的，無法使用。

Big rooms but very outdated and centralized AC
Pros:

The rooms were very big and spacious with 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and they provided enough pillows for a good sleep. Mini bar was included once during stay. Breakfast was good too although the dishes werent hot

Cons:

The hotel’s air-conditioning system is centralized so they can turn off the cooling whenever they want. Our first night we couldn’t sleep because it was SOOO HOT since there was no cooling from the AC just warm air coming out. The staff were accommodating and let us change rooms with a garden view so we can let some cool air inside. Thankfully the next day they turned on the cooling since it was already hot in Shanghai. The rooms are also outdated, the wallpaper was peeling/discolored, sofa had stains, and there were nothing in the kitchen.

Very convenient location with nice room. Staff also very cooperative.
Pros:

The room is very specious with a living area. Very comfertable bed . Only issue I had was TV with out english channels.

Cons:

Have only one restaurent and that also open till 2.00 pm only. Dinner always we have to go out

Pros:

Для посещения выставок- идеально! Рядом есть рестораны на любой вкус. Но до достопримечательностей и центра очень далеко!

Cons:

Каждую ночь работала какая- то прачечная, такое впечатление, что через стенку- шумело! Персонал не очень говорит по английски, если бы не менеджер Анна- то пропали бы. Спасибо ей большое!

Não recomendo esse hotel.
Cons:

O ar condicionado não funcionava na minha primiera noite e o quarto estava extremamente quente (28°C). Entrei em contato com a recepção que disse que o ar condicionado não estava funcionando em todo o hotel e eu teria que dormir assim. Na manhã seguinte solicitei o check-out para mudar de hotel, nāo me deixaram cancelar as demais noites da minha reserva e somente então me ofereceram outro quarto, que alegavam ter ar condicionado. Não aceite e mesmo assim negaram o cancelamento dos demais dias da reserva. Além desse problema as instalações do hotel são bem inferiores aos de outros hotel do mesmo preço na mesma região. Não recomendo esse hotel.

Cons:

My trip was changed and I sent a request to change the date or to cancel the reservation on the day of check-in

But there was no reply and no answer on the call from the hotel at all no reaction

Later on, they finally answered and said that cancellation manager is on the day off. I need to call the next day.

But when I call the next day, they told me already couldn’t cancel because the check-in date was yesterday so they suggested me nothing how to cope with that

Thanks to booking.com I managed to cancel the reservation manually and receive the refund with extraction of the cost of the first eye only not the whole sum

Pros:

Отель расположен в довольно тихом месте Шанхая . Рядом есть река с набережной . В самом здании много заведений с различным временем работы . Еда в основном традиционная китайская , персонал отзывчивый хоть и не говорит по английски . Вопросы решают сразу , за доп оплату сделали ранний заезд !

Cons:

Если не приделаться к мелочам типа завтрака то все остальное очень хорошо .
