Lage sehr gut. Bei niedrigen Preisen (40-50€) Preis/Leistung OK.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut.
Es gab Rundherum viele Geschäfte und Restaurants.
Das Gebäude macht von außen einen wertigen anschein.
Preis/Leistung hat hier gepasst.
Einkaufszentrum gleich in der Nähe.
Metro ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.

Cons:

Der Balkon war zu klein. Auf den Fotos wirkte dieser viel größer.
Die Matraze war leider kaputt und auf der einen Seite eingebrochen.
Der Fernseher (32") ist für die Zimmergröße (angeblich 38qm) unterdimensioniert und auch die Auswahl der Programme ist schlicht nicht Zeitgemäß /Kein SmartTV.
Das Badezimmer war auf den ersten Blick sauber, aber bei genauerem Hinschauen waren die Lichter über dem Spiegel verstaubt. (Brandgefahr!).
Man hört die Nachbarn (Wände hellhörig).

Nice and comfortable apartment in a great location
Pros:

Great location! Beautiful new neighborhood, and the apartment is in the middle of a nice, neat promenade! Very kind hosts, they provided us with a parking space even though they were very busy.
