Pros:

Hladala som hotel podla lokality a tato mi vyhovovala najviac. Raňajky boli veľmi fajn, najedli sme sa dosť. Capuccino zo stroja vsak chutilo ako to práškové zaliate horúcou vodou.

Cons:

Za 3 dni nám ani raz neprišli upratať izbu ani vyniesť smeti ci vymenit uteraky. Na oknách neboli sieťky a tak pri vetrani sa vyskytol komar. Izba s manželskou alebo oddelenými postelami - na recepcii mi bolo povedané ze som mala poslat požiadavku ak som chcela mat manželsku postel. Takto sme mali oddelené postele ale našťastie blízko seba a dali sa prisunúť. Personál veľmi príjemný. Parkovanie vnútri areálu- drahé.

מקום נקי , קבלה שעובדת 24/7 וזמינה לכל מענה . המיקום נוח וקרוב לעיר העתיקה ויש תחבורה ציבורית מאוד נגישה וקרובה למלון ככה שאפשר להגיע לכל מקום בקלות.

Good to stay, but not to eat
Pros:

1) Good location, close to the very centre and public transport. 2) Friendly and helpful personnel. 3) Comfortably arranged rooms. 4) Parking available.

Cons:

1) Big minus for breakfast: very limited choice of food, practically no vegetables (tomatoes and cucumbers only), uncomfortable, small plates. 2) Uncomfortably arranged soap/shampoo in the bathroom. 3) General problem with fresh air in the room (in summer it was too hot to sleep well)

Terrible service, no breakfest, an expensive hostel acting as a hotel

Unsafe and unfriendly for people with food allergies, celiac disease and lactose intolerance.
The very rude girl at the reception REFUSED to even contact the kitchen to find out if they can prepare anything safe for me. She offered me milk alone for breakfest and refused any refund. There was no information about allergenes in food, I had to pose questions myself. This rude receptionist refused even a try to provide me anything cheap and simple for my breakfest, as I asked for a cottage cheese or yoghurt.
I've been to hostels and hotels around Western and Eastern Europe and it was the very first time such a problem occured. I always had a choice at the table, around Europe they serve cheese, yoghurt, eggs and meat.
The receptionist was rude and primitive, she was arguing with me!!!
Does the owner of the hotel understand that allergy or celiac disease is a question of safety, not the "special request" from a guest? If they never mentioned allergens in their food, would they try to kill me with it and still say it's because I didn't fill a "special request" on booking?
Besides the parking is paid and it's a HUGE amount of money.
Rooms are very loud, you can hear every sound from a corridor. It feels unsafe. The lock in the door also felt unsafe.
It feels totally unexplanable why the place is called a hotel, why there is any star to this place and why the price is so high.

Pros:

Umístění a pokoj, snídaně taková akorát neurazí a ani nenadchne. Výhled na část města a cena vzhledem k tomu v jakém čase a na jak dlouho jsem zde byli.

Cons:

Trochu hlučnější na wc když jel odtah. Ovládání světel, v noci je lepší mít zavřená okna vzhledem k ruchu z ulice.
