Very run down rooms. Daily service was hit and miss in what they did in the room.

Cons:

Leaking toilet, mouldy tiles, bed sheets not changed over the 6 nights & more

POSTION OF ELECTRICAL SOCKETS NOT IN PROPER POSITION ALLOCATE

PARKING -TOO MUCH VEHICLES PARKED TILL ONE OF OUR MPV GOT ONE LONG STRECHMARK AT THE SIDE DOOR

best memories ever
Pros:

I was on short holiday with my mom & it's our 1st time staying here.

-very convenient and fast check in. on the 1st day itself, I have some issue with the room due to I wrongly select room through online booking. So I informed to the receptionist, then our room was upgraded to sea view room by the young lady receptionist(we forgot to ask her name) who's wearing glasses. she's very friendly & also giving explainations in details, simple easy to understood..

2nd day- it was heavy rain that morning the same receptionist helped shelter my mother with an umbrella into the car. my mom kept on complimenting that receptionist is very helpful..

also their housekeeping very fast service when we ask for a new towel :)

their breakfast was nice 👍
-we even tried dine in room service -- their kuehteow basah and langkapuri fried rice is the best👍

as for the location it is very strategic just walking distance to cenang mall, cenang beach and varieties choices of restaurant and souvenirs shop nearby.. just less than 5mins walk.

overall our stay was best👍

Cons:

-the bathroom should be provide with curtain divider next to the sink. this is to avoid the floor near with the toilet bowl to be wet.

-to provide small table at balcony for snacking and to put on coffee/tea cup.

Cons:

My room TV cannot watching.. Already tell the reception 2 time but still no action.. Hair dryer also don't have.. But another room got this.. Very disappointed because already 2 time inform.
