El servicio del personal es muy profesional, respetuoso, atento, muy recomendado.
La ubicación del hotel es perfecto para realizar las actividades como POIN, CASCO ANTIGUO, AMADOR y demás. Por otro lado, al rededor del hotel no es la vista lo que te atrae por su ubicación.
Costo beneficio: precio, * alojamiento y ubicación* lo revisas tú de acuerdo al presupuesto
The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and information. I enjoyed the small rooftop pool. The water pressure in room showers was great.
My 1st room smelled of mold so bad I was waking with headaches. I asked to be moved by 2nd day. The internet sucked terrible. I wasn't able to study or get work done. I wasn't able to watch TV and the only way to notify staff of an issue is to go to lobby. There wasn't access via phone. The whole hotel had a swampy basement odor. To there credit as the week progressed staff became available for cleaning so it started to smell better. It's in a not so picturesque part of the city. It was nearly impossible to get rest as the neighborhood is very loud! All night and day expect sirens, loud music and loud cussing and fighting. If seeing poverty bothers you. This is not your place. The food and drinks offer no value so I left daily for meals. I paid approx.$400 for my 6 night stay and it definitely wasn't worth it. The hotel is 3 star for sure mainly because they were nice and they did keep it clean. Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent location and very clean rooms, just like the rest of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and every request was handled promptly. There’s a rooftop for dinner and drinks, plus a pool with a wonderful atmosphere! Great value for money compared to other places in the city. The owners are a lovely couple who are always on-site. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Wat een oase in alle drukte. Ruime kamer, schoon en goede airco. Van de drukte op straat is op de kamer niets te merken. Gezellig dakterras met prima zwembadje. Personeel niets anders dan lof, allen super vriendelijk en zetten zonder dat je er om vraagt en pas extra. Niets is te gek, allemaal onwijs vriendelijk en zo ook de eigenaar. Staat een beveiliger 24/7 voor de deur wat een heel fijn idee is. Beveiligde parkeerplek ook nog. Kortom, absoluut een aanrader! Met plezier hier verbleven!
