Cons:

La habitación olía a tabaco. Me cobraron dos veces la habitación. Me di cuenta al regreso de las vacaciones. Contacté con ellos de todas las maneras posibles y no tuve ninguna respuesta. Tuve que gestionarlo a través de Booking. Y me lo solucionaron. El hotel tuvo la cara de comunicar a booking que no habíamos estado alojados allí.

Not good!
Cons:

The air conditioner had an old mold smell and in my parent’s room the air conditioner wasn’t working properly.

Die hotel is dated and the carpets and the curtains need a good wash.

The receptionist was busy checking us in and was shouting at the valet at the same time.

Someone opened our room door randomly and when I asked reception about it they were quite shocked and then all of a sudden started looking for the master key and then told us the cleaning lady accidentally opened our door by mistake, she was supposed to clean another room.

We moved one of the drawers to use as a table because we needed a surface big enough to play cards on and we found it to be very dirty behind the furniture with old underwear and grape sticks lying behind the furniture.

Not the best stay we’ve experienced and we won’t be returning.
