We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel!
The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and checking on us throughout our stay.
The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone at the hotel made us feel so welcome and comfortable. They truly made us feel at home, which made our experience even more special.
We would definitely recommend staying here. A wonderful place with amazing people, great service, and delicious food.

Quiet place with friendly staff in the middle of the garden full of exotic fruits. It’s worrh walking out the back of the property and clomb the rock.
Mooie ligging met vanuit het zwembad uitzicht op lion’s rock. Super vriendelijke mensen en heerlijk eten. Mooi terrein met eigen fruitbomen.
Wij hadden een kamer met stapelbedden. Deze was niet super ruim en comfortabel.
Famille très gentille , à 10min à pied du rocher du lion (chemin de jour) et à côté d un joli temple.
Petite piscine agréable. Chambre avec petit balcon pratique
Possibilité de prendre les excursions , cours de cuisine et taxi avec l hôtel
Une partie du jardin a des petits travaux (construction d autres chambres Hut dans le jardin)
Pour mémoire n hésitez pas à regarder si votre réservation booking inclut ou non le petit déjeuner ;) qui n est pas systématiquement inclus.
Emplacement parfait, petit jardin magnifique, personnel trop trop sympa !
Il y avait quelques travaux quand on y était donc difficile de profiter de la piscine… mais bientôt il y aura un nouveau pool house tout neuf !

The vision for the future with the cabins and the newer rooms. Value for money. Lovely walk out to the town. Short Tuk Tuk ride back.

J’aurai aimé que le personnel de l’hôtel nous prévienne qu’il y avait des éléphants sauvages dès la nuit tombée aux alentours et qu’il était dangereux de faire des trajets à pieds (pour aller à un autre restaurant par exemple)

We had a great stay at Green Hut Nature Resort. The staff were all very lovely, great varied breakfast each day, awesome pool and view, and we enjoyed a great curry set dinner at the restaurant one evening too.
I think past reviewers' comments about construction noise are inflated - noise is simply part of further developing this lovely place and we had no trouble with noise on the 2 days we spent by the pool. The new accommodations will be wonderful.

I do agree with another reviewer however that there is a smell in the room bathroom (perhaps sewerage related) that should be investigated so that guests have a more pleasant stay. We became 'used to it' by the end of our stay however, haven't experienced it elsewhere on our travels in Sri Lanka so hope that the hotel can rectify it for future guests.
Personál v ubytování byl velmi milý. Pomohli nám s výlety a poradili nám, když jsme potřebovali. Všichni byli velmi ochotní. Skvělý bazén s výhledem na Sigiryi. Jídlo bylo dobré. Pokoj prostorný s místem na odkládání věcí. Klimatizace fungovala dobře.
Postel byla krátká. S manželem měříme 180 cm a lezly nám nohy ven. Péra z postele nás tlačily a polštáře byly nepohodlné. Spaní pro nás nebylo dobré. Koupelna nebylo moc čistá. To je ale na Sri Lance problém všeobecně. Toto bylo naše čtvrté ubytování na ostrově a ještě jsme neměli čistou koupelnu.
Het zwembad was erg fijn, heerlijk ontbijtje en ook prima milkshakes! Personeel ook erg vriendelijk!
Onze kamer was een familie kamer met 3 stapelbedden. Dit hadden wij iets ruimer verwacht. Ook stonk de badkamer een beetje.

Very kind people and a beautiful place! There is a beautiful pool and it feels just like home! They also help you book transportation, safaris and anything you need.
Schöner Pool mit Blick auf den Sigiriya Rock. Leckeres Essen. Haben dort 2 Abende gegessen. Gutes typisches Sri Lankan Frühstück. Frischer Saft. Kaffee gut. Super nah gelegen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Sigiriya. Sehr bemühtes Personal. Tolle Idee mit dem Gästebuch an der Wand.
Klimaanlage hat laut gebrummt und es hat 2 Tage für die Reparatur gedauert, die dann am Sonntag erfolgt ist!
