Location is great. Just be prepared to here the loudness from the bar on the street below your room dumping insane amounts of empty bottles into the recycling bin located below your room. Studio penthouse is very small. Housekeeping is non existent. You have to go to reception and ask for towels and toilet paper. There is a charge if u want your room cleaned during your stay. Very expensive for the service being provided.
The space in the room and the facilities. Amazing location too
Nothing to be honest
A very spacious room that was well equipped. The shower room was a great size and even included a washing machine
The bed is so comfy, location is amazing so close to shops and train station and having a washer dryer was a life saver!
It was a beautiful property . The furniture is gorgeous and was very clean
I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel
Everything!

Location, style amenities
Could have better pillows
Staff,room & location exceptional
Nothing I didnt like apart from prices on a Saturday x
Loved the location just 2 minutes from the train station and right in the middle of Glasgow.
Nicely furnished and laid out, but the star of the show is the soundproofing. It's excellent. Yes you can still hear a few things, but it's a huge improvement on other hotels we have stayed at in central Glasgow.
The Aircon was very efficient and quiet, perfect in Glasgow during warm weather.
We didn't use the washer dryer as we weren't there for long enough to need it.
The little bottle of milk in the fridge for a first cuppa is a nice touch.
Spotlessly clean. ❤️
There are heavy spring closing fire doors for the front of the apartment, bedroom and living area doors which take quite an effort to open. This is not great for people with injuries, mobility issues etc. I ended up putting a chair in front of the living area one which defeats the purpose.
I reported the shower head spray not clicking through different options, and right hand button on loo not triggering a flush as we were leaving, I think the property is very likely to have fixed them already. Wasn't a big deal during our 2 night stay or I would have mentioned it sooner.
The lift had a habit of whizzing past us. It did this a few times, so we ended up taking the stairs. My creaky knee doesn't like that.
One portion of coffee for a 2 night stay felt inadequate alongside the large range of tea bags.
Oh and one little thing - a tea towel for the kitchen would be useful.
Fantastic location. Staff is minimal but very helpful with great recommendations. Really stylish rooms.
The only thing that took away from our stay was that we were woken up at midnight by our walls and ceiling shaking near the bathroom. It turns out there's a shared clothes washing area for some guests and it abutted some of our walls. There's apparently no quiet hours, so if you happen to have a room like hours that shows a wall on someone chooses to do laundry in the middle of the night, it's not ideal.
Location, staff, bed so comfy!
