Pros:

Great central location and quiet in the rooms.

Cons:

The AC didn’t seem to work, it was 25 degrees in the room and 15 degrees outside. Very stuffy.
Bathroom wasn’t very clean - especially the shower head (which was also propped by a paper napkin to hold in place). And the windows were all covered in black mould.

I like the hotel
Pros:

The hotel location is excellent, right in the middle of the market area, and the rooms are beautiful and elegant.

Cons:

the main entrance has only stairs, so anyone with large luggage needs to ask the staff for assistance. Also, there is only one elevator and it gets very crowded, so I had to use the stairs several times.

Pros:

Location Location Location
I was here for 8 days and walked to all my tours except 1. That one I took the subway which is close to hotel. Shopping, restaurants, food stores and tours are close by
The reception person went above and beyond his duties with a minor problem I had. He was very helpful. The staff is all about making sure your stay is a good one.
I stayed in a studio which had all I needed and was very comfortable.
The only negative is there are 16 steps to enter the building to reach the elevator.
Saved a lot of time and money not needing a taxi.

Cons:

The only negative is there are 16 steps when you enter the hotel to reach the elevator. Luggage is a bit of a challenge but manageable.
Due to the steps this is not the place to stay if you are in a wheelchair or have possible mobility issues. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Pros:

Very central. Stayed before in a studio which was good. Upgraded to a premium apartment this time which was brilliant. Huge sitting room which was well equipped and comfortable. Lovely, clean bathroom and great bedroom with super king bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location and a great small apartment.
Pros:

Fantastic location, welcoming staff and a well designed apartment for two people. Comfortable bed and good shower.

Cons:

The washer/dryer was challenging to operate (no instructions) so we ended up with loads rewashed by mistake!

Good accommodation in the heart of Glasgow
Pros:

Location, decor, bed, view from the 7th floor

Cons:

Air con was faulty always hot, no kitchen paper towels available, no toilet brush available, leaky shower door-had to mop-up after every shower, bonkers not to have seals on the shower door
