Alarme de incêndio disparou as 5h e não conseguiam contato com a empresa terceirizada. Alguns hóspedes resolveram ir embora por causa do ruído que não parava. No meu caso, a recepção compensou o transtorno com o café da manhã de cortesia.

Cons:

Não serviam nada nos quartos, tinha que descer para buscar.
O custo-beneficio se tornou baixo, pelo que servem. Café da manhã fraco.
Estacionamento pago. Muitos hospedes, poucas pessoas para atendimento, não estavam dando conta, principalmente no jantar.
Me hospedaram em um quarto para pessoas com deficiência, cheio de adaptações, cama baixa.
Comida fraca, sem gosto.
