Pros:

Clean and quite hotel.

Cons:

My preference is to have the a/c unit facing the bed, this one was not so weirdly the front area of the room and bed where cold and our sleeping area was warmer.

Phòng rộng thoáng, vị trí thuận lợi

Cons:

Đoàn mình nhận phòng lúc 19g30 nhưng nền nhà vệ sinh 307 bị ướt, có thể khách khác thuê ngắn hạn vừa check out nên phòng chưa được chuẩn bị chu đáo. Tấm trải giường cũng không phẳng. Phòng 208 máy lạnh k mát lắm. Nhân viên tiếp tân chưa thật sự tâm lý và chuyên nghiệp. Có thể các bạn làm việc nhiều, trẻ tuổi nên chưa thật sự thân thiện và chân thành, hơi cáu gắt 1 chút, khách không có cảm giác được chào đón đến lưu trú tại KS. Đây có thể là điểm trừ lớn nhất của KS.
