Peaceful Sayulita beach stay with wonderful pool/bar and comfortable room.
Pros:

I loved being on the edge of town, making it easy to get to restaurants/bars, but it was also quiet as it was far enough away that we couldn't hear loud parties/revellers. The breakfast/restaurant across the street served wonderful food. Loved the coffee offered in the room, that made all the difference in the world!

Cons:

Our shower didn't drain, so that was a bit of a nuisance.

Mostly - asking for a taxi to get to our next hotel was the biggest issue. We were left waiting for over 30 mins, told there was only "one number" they could call...but when I called for a taxi, I got one to pick us up within 10 mins. I feel like this is a very low bar for a hotel...they should be able to contact and arrange a taxi from a variety of vendors.

It’s a great location and beautiful pool. But bring a flashlight or book light.

The hotel was immaculate and the location is amazing. The staff were very nice. The pool is beautiful

Cons:

There aren’t any lights by the beds. The hanging pendants are decorative only so it’s hard to read at night. Also no desk in the room and only one small hook in the bathroom. It’d be nice to have more places to hang wet swimsuits and towels

What I want to be my home away from home.
Pros:

Everything about Ysuri is perfect. The location, rooms, view, comfy bed and mostly the staff that work there. I will definitely stay at Ysuri when I return!

Pros:

Very helpful, welcoming staff. My husband and I loved how close the hotel was to the towns restaurants and cafes but also was very quiet, cool and comfortable. The pool side was lovely, the balcony views stunning. The room was clean, loved to have a fridge to keep drinks and breakfast foods cool. Loved it!

It was our 25th anniversary, so it was FANTASTIC
Pros:

The room was very clean. Had everything we needed. Super close and convenient to the pool.

Cons:

the particular room was not a good location. People can see right into your room. It's on the ground floor. Higher up would be optimal. There are two steps in the room that are dangerous at night. Just be careful. The windows could use screens so we could open them at night for airflow.

Wonderful, relaxing and peaceful getaway with a lovely vibe.
Pros:

This place is a gem and we truly loved it. It’s a home away from home where the staff make you feel like family and go above and beyond to make your stay special. Steps away from the beach and a short walk into town, or rent a golf cart & go exploring. Everyone was so nice, we didn't want to leave. We will be back!

Cons:

The wifi didn't work in the garden room (back of the building), but it worked just fine in our ocean view Junior suite with the jacuzzi tub. We let the staff know so hopefully they can fix the back of the building wifi issue for future guests.

Cons:

The WiFi never worked, the jacuzzi tub had no hot water to fill it up. If you want ice for a beverage, you need to purchase it from the bar.

Hotel has it all, comfort, beauty, pool, staff is awesome
Pros:

I liked that it had all amenities and a great pool. Staff and service was phenomenal. Location excellent. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Rooms are comfortable stylish.

Cons:

At check in, the hotel has a list of all their bed linens, items,and especially towels* that if you soil them, they will keep that portion of the deposit. The pricing was ridiculous and quite lengthy. I gave my deposit and hoped for the best. When I saw our hand towels in the hotel room-they are falling apart. (Strings on edges etc) They are not worth the document I signed if soiled. I would recommend the hotel offer make up remover packets if they are worried about this. I’ve never had that experience before.
