The spaciousness, modern, lovely caring staff, soundproof bedroom via soundproof doors, close to supermarket and shopping centre and all the sights.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, I stayed there for 5 nights and it felt like home
Muy moderno, con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estadía. Me gustó la vista al jardin, las instalaciones, que tuviese lavavajillas y aire acondicionado. Buena atención del personal, muy simpáticas. Cerca de todo.
Que se escuchaba cuando caminaba el vecino de arriba y crujían las maderas. No dormimos bien.
El sofa-cama no lo pude usar, porque cuando lo quise abrir, estaba roto y se notaba que hace mucho tiempo que estaba así porque tenia la tela rasgada.

Ze staan direct paraat bij een probleempje. Ze boden een ticket aan waarmee je korting krijgt op het parkeren in de nabij gelegen parkeergarage.
Goede bedden.
Het appartement is volledig ingericht met keukenwaar.
Op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden (20 - 30 minuten).
In de nabijheid van restaurants, een winkelstraat, bakkers en de Bolhão-markt.
Er is een tuin met ameublement.
Het ontbijt wordt geleverd door een externe bedrijf en is eentonig en eenvoudig.
Het wordt in een papieren zakje voor de deur gezet.

The staff at Guestify were brilliant and very helpful and accommodating.
Nice, well appointed apartment with change of towels and bedding after 5 nights.
The apartments are on a very busy and noisy road. Okay if you have an apartment at the back of the property but not so good if you're in one that overlooks the road.
We stayed during a hot spell so only solution was to close the windows and shutters and turn on the air-conditioning so we could sleep.

The property was in a good location for the market and several bars and restaurants. You had a 20 minute walk to the river and the main attractions but that was fine.
Property was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
There were 2 glass hanging bedside lights which were dangerous as they were too low and you kept hitting your head on them. Also even though there was a dishwasher which we didn’t really need, there was no plug in the sink so very hard to wash up.
We loved this place. We only had one night before we moved to another hotel, but this place was so amazing we actually wished we could stay longer here. It was great for two couples, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one bathroom downstairs, one in the bedroom). The interior was very cute - a mix of modern and historic. It had a great balcony and a yard downstairs. The place was very quiet, even though it was near one of the busiest streets. The location was AMAZING - cafes, shops, public transport - everything was close and comfortable. The check-in was also very easy - the office is right downstairs and the staff is available online all the time. They even bought us breakfast in the morning, which was very cute.
The bedrooms were small, and there wasn't a window in one bedroom - there was a glass wall so the light came in, but to get some air you had to leave the door open, but that was okay for one night. All in all, the apartment was airy and comfortable.
Great accommodation with easy check-in. Nice staff and location.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
We also had a ground floor apartment so had a lovely garden area.
Only pity was that we couldn't use the next door swimming pool!
