Pros:

Znakomita lokalizacja z widokiem na Kazbeg! To jest bardzo przyjemne miejsce. Pokoje były małe, ale wygodne. Śniadanie było smaczne, z lokalnych produktów, choć codziennie takie samo. Obsługa była bardzo miła.

Cons:

W toaletach ciekła woda, często było słabe ciśnienie wody lub brakowało ciepłej wody. Ale to jest lokalizacja w wysokich górach, więc może się to zdarzyć.

If you expect European standards I would not recomme this place. However, for people from Arab cutures it might be okay.
Pros:

Location and access was good.

Cons:

We booked a room only to sleep as we planned to leave early next day. The room did not smell well, we had to air out for one hour and the bed linens were not very clean (my wife had an allergic reaction after leaving the accomodation)
Additionally, the bathroom is poorly arranged in a way that when you take a shower water will leak to other parts of the bathroom which makes going to the sink or toilet afterwards very unpleasant. A bidet is incorporated with the sink which we did not like as it seems unsanitary so we did not use the sink at all.

I cannot commend about other rooms but the one we stayed at did not allow us to rest with the level of comfort we expected from this accomodation.

Nice view, but no wifi and no heating
Pros:

The view is very nice and the hostess was doing her best to make our stay comfortable.

Cons:

There is no wifi, if you need wifi this is not the place for you. The place will keep saying it's a temporary issue, but read past comments. NO WIFI at all.

The room was freezing one night and there's no heating during the winter. So we slept in a 5c room.

The water in our shower had no pressure. You couldn't shower.
Nice place with no maintenance, we will not stay here ever again.

Pros:

فندق جميل وموقعه جيد قريب من فندق رومز المعروف، يبعد عنه مسافة قريبة جدا وممكن الواحد يتقهوى فيه بدون ما يسكن فيه.
يتوفر في الفندق غرف أرضية خارجية وكوخ مستقل مناسب للعائلات فيه شطاف في دورات المياه بينما في الغرف الأخرى لا يتوفر شطاف.
مضيفي الفندق جيدين ودودين ولكن لا يجيدون اللغة الإنجليزية، لكن يوجد شابة تجيد الإنجليزية.
توجد حديقة خارجية جميلة ومناسبة للأطفال والعائلات.

Cons:

لا يتوفر في الفندق كوفي في الاستقبال ولا خدمات كثيرة. ولا يتوفر شطاف في أغلب دورات المياه باستثناء الكوخ الخارجي يتوفر فيه شطاف في دورة المياه.

Good stay, but missing a few creature comforts.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The views are incredible. Salome and her family took good care of us and we had a good stay though it was only for a few hours from 6pm to 10am the next day.

Cons:

Our rooms were in the old building with a winding flight of stairs leading to them. We weren't able to take all our luggage upstairs and had to leave most of it in the car carrying only essentials upstairs.
