Pros:

We only stopped one night between arriving at Zurich airport and travelling onto Luzern.
The triple room was basic.
Beds were reasonable.
It did a job!
Good location for train station.

Cons:

Tired and slightly grubby

Pros:

Second stay, as we’ve been very thankful for the friendly and helpful staff. The location and rate are ideal, and it is both simple and comfortable.

Cons:

Our handheld shower head wasn’t broken at the base, or not fully connected somehow, and water seemed to spray everywhere!

Pretty good !
Pros:

My stay was very satisfactory. The hotel fully met my expectations, and I have no complaints at all. Everything went very well during my stay.

The staff were very polite, friendly, and attentive.

The hotel is also very conveniently located, really close to the train station and the airport, which makes getting around much easier. It is also only about 18 minutes from Zurich

Cons:

As a suggestion, I think it would be great if the hotel could provide a small minibar in the rooms, which would make the stay even more comfortable. 😊
