The Perfect Location

La receptionist no fue amable , El desayuno de muy mala calida Mal olor a perro mojado . Precio muy alto para la calidad del hotel las fotos que vi cuando ice la reservacion eran totalmente diferentes no lo recomiendo 😲☹️

We were there for a 3 night stay. The first night was the worse no hot water at all. They had someone come to the room to check it out he came in ran the water and agreed that the hot water was not heating up he then said he was coming back which he never did. Around 11:30pm we got a call from the front seat saying they couldn’t change our room but we could go down stairs to another room and shower. It was after 12am before my family was done showing which was ridiculous. No one never apologized for the inconvenience. All we got was a call the next day to tell us that someone else was coming. We then had hot water and the staff acted as if the night before never happened. No one knew anything. I then got a call to let me know general management was gonna give me a call which never happened. On top of all that the bed was like a brick. For a Hilton name hotel this was unacceptable. We will never stay at this or any other home 2 home suites ever thanks to this one.

La bienvenida fue perfecta, el desayuno fué extraordinario, gracias a la empleada q me ayudó a hacer el waffle!!! Muy amables!!

Quarto espaçoso , ótima localização e café da manhã bom para o padrão americano

Cons:

Cama extremamente mole e desconfortável, travesseiros idem e lençóis de baixíssima qualidade, rasgados , nojentos , não havia nem edredom , o forro da cama foi usado como edredom
