Las instalaciones

Cons:

Una señora de limpieza en el baño de damas nos hizo sentir hostigadas por que nos siguió por todo el baño y cambiador por que pusimos una casaca jean en un cambiador de bebe vacío y nos dijo que por el peso se podía romper y que le llamaban a ella la atención cuando la casaca no pesaba ni medio kilo y se supone que un cambiador de bebe debe ser resistente para que los bebés no caigan

Lugar cómodo, limpio y tal como se describe en las fotos. La comunicación fue excelente y el proceso de ingreso fue muy sencillo. Lo recomendaría y volvería a alojarme aquí.

Cons:

Checkin 3 pm y a las 5 pm cierra el restaurante, tienes q salir a buscar comida o pedir delivery.

Pros:

Buen lugar, lo único malo es que la piscina solo está disponible hasta las 5pm de lunes a viernes, es indispensable que la piscina esté activo

Pros:

Fue cómoda la habitación, solicitamos cambio porque el olor a ambientador en la habitación inicial era muy fuerte y rápidamente nos ayudaron con otra.

Cons:

Muchas personas en full day y cuando al fin se fueron ya no se podía usar la piscina, para los huéspedes se debería habilitar más tiempo la piscina y el uso del sauna que solo funciona los sábados. Por lo que vimos muy limitados los servicios del Resort.
