Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelsomme!

Cons:

Var mye bråk utenfra, men det er vel generelt i gamlebyen. Døren til rommet mitt hadde en glipe under så hørte alt fra gangen. Noe skittent og dårlig aie condition. Helt middels frokost. Ikke vindu.

Pros:

Le patron est très sympa l'emplacement top.le petit dej mérite un ventilateur. Et il faut aimer les chambres sans fenêtres.Apres c’est vraiment un cocon .Dans le tumulte d’Hanoi.

Cons:

Le bruit Hanoi n’est pas pour moi ce concert de klaxon et de travaux.La chambre et bien isolée sauf contre les travaux d’a côté. Le patron n’y est pour rien mais prévoir les boules quies

Calme bien que le quartier soit très animé le soir et une partie de la nuit.
Équipe souriante et disponible
Merci à Monsieur Jack Son qui nous a proposé et organisé une journée de visites des lieux incontournables de la ville. Restant peu de temps sur Hanoï, un bon moyen pour aller à l'essentiel. Je recommande cet hôtel

Pros:

Die Lage war Top, die Einrichtung stilvoll und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe die Mängel angezeigt und der Manager kam mir mit einem kostenlosen Transfer zum Flughafen entgegen. Kundenservice ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider war das Obst beim Frühstücksbuffet vergammelt und mein Bettbezug war nicht weiß, sonder verwaschen gelb mit einigen Flecken. Anders als auf den Bildern fiel durch das Fenster kein Licht in mein Zimmer. Auf dem einen Bild sieht man ein weißes T-Shirt von mir im Vergleich zu der gelblichen Wäsche. Das geht nicht.

Slechte wifi, compacte kamer, prima locatie.
Pros:

De locatie was prima, in the old quarter. Er was 's ochtends vroeg was bouwgeluiden van naburige gebouwen, maar dat is op de locatie wel te verwachten. 's nachts geen geluidsoverlast gehad.

Cons:

WIFI was praktisch niet beschikbaar op de 6de verdieping. In de lobby was de wifi ok, maar doordat de stroom inclusief airoc alleen werkt als je toegangspas op de kamer hield, wou je ook niet kort de kamer uit. Kamer niet erg ruim, maar had wel alle benodigdheden.

Amazing location, friendly staff and good bang for your buck!
Pros:

The hotel manager is very friendly as well as the rest of the staff. Always helpful and smiling. The location is prob the best about this hotel, within walking distance of everything, specially good for tours.

Cons:

The facility is clean, but it would use some upgrades. The lift is old and the bathroom on the first floor could be renovated. The breakfast could use some diversity for the options :)
