Pros:

The location was amazing, we walked pretty much everywhere. The rooms were big enough, clean and beds comfortable.

Cons:

The pictures of the rooms don't quite reflect reality, they look somwat more ran down and some updates would be great. The offering of tours was quite pushy as they mentioned it multiple times prior to arrival and right before check in. We would have appreciated it more if it was offered after check in so we would have an option whether we would like to know more or not.

our stay in Hanoi in the Golden sail was very good. They gave us a room upgrade. The hotel is clean and very well located in the old quarter. The hotel staff was very friendly at all times. The breakfast is also very correct. The quality-price ratio is very good. Highly recommended.

Experiencia horrible
Cons:

Me obligaron a pagar en cash más de lo establecido en la app, me agobiaron para comprar tours en la recepción con ellos, me cobraron de más en el primer traslado del aeropuerto y el desayuno no es nada bueno. Habitacion sin ventilación y la ducha gotea durante toda la noche. Acabe dejando el hotel 3 noches antes porque no me trataron nada bien, me siento engañado.

Pros:

Very central location and the staff were so helpful! My boyfriend left his phone on a sleeper bus and Kent from reception took a taxi 30 minutes away to pick it up for us. Could not recommend more!
