- Visitors must ensure that they have valid travel insurance with full medical coverage, including COVID-19 related medical care and eventual quarantine expenses, for the whole duration of their stay in Seychelles.

-Upon check-in CREDITCARD (Visa/Mastercard) details will be requested in order to guarantee the extras and any incidentals, room damages.

-To provide the credit card details is MANDATORY, if not, the hotel will pre-authorize 500 Euro as a guarantee. The settlement of the extras will be requested each time the sum is reached, while the pre-authorization will be voided upon check-out.

Vacanza indimenticabile!

.Abbiamo adorato soggiornare in questo accogliente hotel dove si vive la vera essenza delle Seychelles. Tutto è stato perfetto: camera in bungalows immersi nella vegetazione di un giardino tropicale ben curato; letto e cuscini molto comodi. Ottima la pulizia. La colazione era buona con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Era servita in un patio bordo piscina in un ambiente molto accogliente e tipicamente esotico. Nello stesso patio abbiamo consumato le cene, con piatti gustosi e con un menù abbastanza vario. Siamo stati accolti e coccolati da un personale estremamente gentile ed attento a tutte le nostre esigenze: grazie a Thivanka, Anika, Oliver, Rabbi e tutti gli altri di cui non ricordo i nomi ma fondamentali per aver reso la nostra vacanza unica. La posizione dell'hotel è strategica in quanto è affacciata sulla bellissima spiaggia di Grande Anse, ma con la possibilità di raggiungere le altre con il bus, visto che a pochi passi c'è una fermata.

Cons:

Il mare era mosso e con presenza di alghe, ma era dovuto alla stagione. In alternativa ci sono le spiagge ubicate nella parte opposta dell'isola dove il mare è calmo e senza alghe raggiungibili comodamente in bus in 20 minuti.

Bel établissement dans l'ensemble. Petit déjeuner bien achalandé avec du choix et bon café. belle piscine fraiche. Un petit plus avec une collation vers 16h.

Die Anlage befand sich in einem sehr veralteten und herabgekommenen Zustand. Der Hotelstrand auf den Fotos entsprach nicht der Realität. Das Frühstück war okay aber nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen Hotels.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft und finden, dass der Preis für die gegebenen Leistungen absolut nicht gerechtfertigt war.

Les équipements sont délabrés, chambres et hôtel insalubre manque d’hygiènes et de propreté.
J’ai voulu quitter l’hôtel mais elle n’a pas voulu me rembourser ni faire de geste commercial. La chambre infesté d’insecte la douche glissante et pleine de moisissures. Fenêtres constamment fermées et volés aussi de peur qu’il y est encore plus d’insectes mouches, fourmis, araignées, gué ko le tout pour 500€/nuit c’est honteux !

Alles!
Het personeel , mn Rikesh, Ishan en Ravindu, zo attent zonder opdringerig te zijn. De ligging, de zwembaden zo rustig en het eten was voortreffelijk.
De villas liggen zo rustig, echt paradijselijk.
