Pros:

The restaurant was amazing and the pool was excellent. Staff were exceptional.

Cons:

It would’ve been nice to have the ability to choose whether to be in complete shade while at the pool, I personally don’t like laying out in the sun so it would have been good to be able to choose to have full shade.

Pros:

Restaurant was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was good. View lovely. Room very nice, clean

Cons:

Rubber sheet on bed. Felt like being in hospital. Access road very narrow. No gym which odd for a spa resort. Lots of jacuzzi, but "wellness" facilities underwhelming. Felt like a wedding venue.

Unfassbar freundliches Personal und wunderschöne Unterkunft. Lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön gelegen und etwas ganz besonderes. Auch das Personal war unfassbar freundlich. Diesem würde ich 12 von 10 Punkte vergeben wenn es möglich wäre. So ein freundlichen und tollen Service hatten wir selten! Beim Frühstück und auch beim Abendessen waren alle sehr aufmerksam und nett. Auch an der Information waren die Mitarbeiterinnen super freundlich. Wir hatten sogar das Glück und ein Upgrade bekommen und das Junior Suite Zimmer war traumhaft! Eines der schönsten Zimmer was wir bisher bewohnt hatten. Frühstück war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Man hat viele tolle unterschiedliche Sachen serviert bekommen. Der Pool ist auch so toll mit dem Ausblick und den Betten/Liegen.
Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit! Danke.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Der Weg nach oben ist zwar etwas eng und kurvig aber für italienische Verhältnisse absolut normal wenn man auf ein Berg abgelegen hoch fährt. Das sind wir bereits gewohnt und wenn man vorsichtig fährt kein Problem. Außerdem wird man mit einer fantastischen Lage und wundervollen Ausblick belohnt!

Un endroit splendide et accueillant
Pros:

Le lieu splendide avec une vue sur la mer et sur la ville de Chiavari, l'accueil, le service, les équipements, la piscine superbe, la chambre (nous avons été surclassés dans une suite avec terrasse et chaises longues), la grande salle de bain.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner était parfait, très complet, mais le repas, original, généreux (cinq mises en bouche et des mignardises en fin de dessert) était bon mais pas exceptionnel. On se serait attendu à plus de choix dans le menu et à trouver autant de plaisir gustatif qu'on a eu du plaisir à rester dans ce endroit tout simplement magnifique. Mais nous reviendrons si nous passons par Chiavari.

Juste magnifique.
Pros:

L'hôtel est placé en hauteur au dessus de la mer avec une vue magnifique. Le service a été très gentil et a répondu à la plupart de mes demandes. La piscine de l'hôtel était très agréable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Le room service sur la terrasse avec le coucher de soleil valait la peine.

Cons:

Certains éléments demandent un peu d'entretien, mais sans urgence.
