Avevamo una suite (Vernazza) con terrazza panoramica. Spazi enormi e di massimo confort. Tuttavia, in ambienti così generosi, é presente un frighetto bar nel quale possono stare solo micro bottiglie. All'arrivo, avvenuto in una giornata molto calda, erano disponibili in camere due bottiglie di acqua panna....idea gradita, peccato che le bottiglie erano di acqua non fresca per cui come non vi fossero state. Inoltre, la taglia del condizionatore presente in camera non é adeguata, ne occorre uno maggiormente potente, a causa delle dimensioni della stessa camera e delle superfici finestrate. Non risulta se nel bagno - che é cieco - sia funzionante l'estrazione forzata.

Très bel établissement avec une vue fantastique mais méfiance pour le restaurant et le bar.

L’emplacement une vue extraordinaire ! Le calme, la beauté, la bonne tenue de l’établissement.

Cons:

Le service du restaurant et du bar. Le personnel est peu attentionné et rarement dans la salle. Par contre service parfait au petit déjeuner. Au restaurant un plat en sous cuisson nous a été servi, nous l’avons signalé mais aucune réaction du personnel ni de la cuisine. C’est très surprenant dans un établissement de ce niveau.

Ein Hotel zum genießen.
Pros:

Eine traumhafte Anlage in außergewöhnlich schöner Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht. Die Restaurants sind sehr gut. Besonders das Aria Restaurant hat uns begeistert: hervorragende Menüs, eine sehr hohe Qualität der Speisen und eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre. Die Kombination aus Aussicht, Ambiente und Küche ist wirklich außergewöhnlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite. Die Suite selbst ist sehr schön, allerdings rechtfertigt die seitlich gelegene Terrasse mit seitlichem Meerblick aus unserer Sicht den Aufpreis nicht. Gerade die Terrasse wirkt für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie überraschend lieblos gestaltet und ausgestattet.

Enttäuschend fanden wir außerdem die Situation beim Strandbesuch. Der Strand liegt knapp 6 km vom Resort entfernt. Der hoteleigene Shuttle kostet 50 € pro Fahrt, sodass für Hin- und Rückfahrt zum Strand 100 € anfallen. Gerade bei einem Resort dieser Kategorie und Preisklasse hätten wir erwartet, dass ein Shuttle zum Strand entweder zum Service gehört oder zumindest
