Die Lage , das Zimmer und das Frühstück sind aussergewöhnlich.
Vue incroyable, repas et petit déjeuner succulents, services 5 étoiles, chambres magnifiques avec spa privatif de qualité
- Localização excelente com uma vista deslumbrante. Local estratégico para quem quer conhecer a região de Linguria, Cinque Terre ou Portofino.
- Pessoal super simpático e sempre disponível para ajudar.
- Ficamos numa Suite Júnior, muito espaçosa e confortável, com visa mar incrível.
- excelente pequeno almoço.
- jantamos uma vez no restaurante, com menus de degustação, e “a la carte”
- spa ao ar livre e piscina infinita vista mar.
Sugeria ao hotel:
- utilização de chávenas de café de porcelana em vez de copos de cartão no quarto. Copos de cartão Não dignificam o hotel.
- disponibilizar bolachas e fruta no quarto, pelo menos no dia da recepção.

The view and pool were amazing. The food was excellent as well.
We were under the assumption that we had a room for 4 people and were told upon arrive that wasn’t possible and was no refund would be made for suite booked. Leaving us no choice but to book additional room for the night.
A beautiful, peaceful place. I recommend a room with a balcony. We give it full marks despite some shortcomings. Hopefully they will learn from this and next time everything will be 100%.
Terra restaurant disastrous. The waiter couldn't explain what was on offer. You buy a multi-course menu, but you don't know what. When we asked, the waiter was arrogant. The same thing happened when choosing wine. The food was simple, uninteresting, and unimpressive. We were disappointed, as the upper restaurant had been an excellent experience the previous day in terms of both food and service. There was also a big problem with the bathtub in the room. If you want to fill the bathtub, you have to start 2 hours in advance. The water pressure was very low. Clearly unresolved. No room service!! Expected in 5* class
