Convenieince to Tokyo Station can't be beat. Exits to an underground to Tokyo Station.
Pros:

We had to catch the Tohoku Shinkansen to Kanazawa that originates at Tokyo Station. The station is within east walking distance so we were able to avoid the rush hour crowds by leaving early. We paid for breakfast but were unable to have it because we left so early. The staff prepared us an excllent lunch bag for pickup before we left. What a thoughtful and extra bit of service.

Cons:

The price does not match the quality of the room we stayed in. Even considering high Tokyo price there are cheaper option available.

Würde jederzeit wider hier Übernachten
Pros:

Sehr schönes komfortables Hotel an sehr guter Lage.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gut Englisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und haben eine gute Grösse.
Wer das ruhigere Tokyo mit guter Anbindung sucht ist hier genau richtig

To short, wish it was longer.
Pros:

Clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.plus the location right next to Tokyo station with underground access you can get anywhere.

Hôtel très agréable et super bien placé au cœur de Tokyo et à deux pas de la gare centrale.
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique. Les prestations à la hauteur .

Cons:

La seule contrariété est que la poignée de ma valise ne fonctionnait plus quand nous l’avons récupérée lors du Check in. Nous avions déposé nos bagages avant l’heure disponible. Le personnel ne maîtrise pas toujours bien l’anglais. Poursuivre avec une valise non fonctionnelle n’est pas pratique.

静かでベッドメイキングがキチンとされていて気持ち良かった。
