Could have been better
Pros:

Clean , good location

Cons:

Some of the staff members were not polite. Also the room allotted did not have a good view of the site despite our request for the same

總體來說性價比還是很不錯的，交通方便，環境幽靜單純，是會想再次到訪。
Pros:

早餐分成日式與法式，讓每天旅程得開端充滿變化性。熱水器控溫系統很不錯，開水三秒內就能有熱水，完全不用等待，且護髮、護膚乳液、漱口水等備品一應俱全。

Cons:

房間與餐廳Wifi有許多死角不甚穩定，飯店健身設施乏善可陳，只有跑步器材，且可能是因為鄰近商辦，所以每天都有大量本地人穿梭於飯店中，甚至上下樓參與展會。

Pros:

Location was extremely convenient, clean, spacious for Tokyo area, staff was helpful and courteous, bed was very comfortable where my wife and I can get a good night's rest after a long day of walking and shopping, very relaxing. Not to mention we got a train track view, it was awesome every night to view it!

Cons:

The Japanese garden was not as nice as I envision, but its not a deal breaker, and it was my fault for having unrealistic expectations

Corner King was quiet and roomy.
Pros:

"Location, location, location. Other than staying at The Tokyo Station Hotel, you cannot get closer to the station." The general manager was extremely friendly and helpful. My wife practice her French with with him.

Cons:

The one big thing that bugged me, though, was the rooftop garden. It's a really cute area right off the lobby, but it closes at 5:00 pm. After being out all day, I kept wanting to sit out there for a few minutes of quiet time, but nope. Still, everything else about the place was absolutely awesome.

さすが一流のホテルです！
Pros:

3連泊の予定でしたが、台風の為に最終日をキャンセルしました。返金不可のプランでしたので、そのままチェックアウトしようとしましたが、フロントの担当者さんがご親切に返金の提案をして下さいました。宿泊者に寄り添ったご対応をして下さって、大変恐縮しましたが嬉しい出来事でした。次回も丸の内ホテルさんを是非利用させて戴こうと思います。ありがとうございました。
