Overcharged. charged multiple times for the same stay.
Pros:

Property was fine, it was 10 minute walk to broadway. I was extremely overcharged though.

Cons:

Parking in the garage was full so parked in the lot across the street. I wasn’t aware of the price in the parking garage, staff didn’t know either. It ended up being $57 and across the street in the parking lot cost me $101.02 then I was charged again for $61.96 then again for $121.13 for parking at the same location. I did not authorize those extra charges, the hotel also charged me 3 times, canceled 1 charge but then took out 2 deposits of $100 each when I left the room in perfect condition. I stayed 1 night in total.

We like everything. More specifically the breakfast at the Bodega, the shower, and the very comfortable bed! Oh and the free drink at happy hour was a nice perk.
