Cons:

Resort bảo trì kém, côn trùng bay lung tung, hình như không có Pest control. các khu vưc công cộng ko ai vê sinh, giống như 1 chỗ ở không phải là Hotel hay resort, tệ quá tệ. làm sao để có thể tạo ấn tượng tốt để khách quay lại.

Tôi đâu tiên ở 1 Resort tệ như vây.

Last minute booking was a blessing
Pros:

It was nice to be a little ways off the busy Main Street but still very walkable to the beach and night market. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. I appreciated breakfast being served until 10 am.

Cons:

I did have to walk to their sister hotel to use that gym as their gym is being redone. At the Haya the gym has working equipment but it needs some maintenance.

Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay at Palma Resort Phu Quoc. Despite being a 3-star property, it offers a truly warm and family-like atmosphere that makes you feel welcome from the very beginning. 

The resort is located in the central part of the island, close to the beach and with easy access to the town, which makes it a very convenient base for exploring Phu Quoc. 

Accommodation is in bungalow-style rooms with terraces overlooking the pool, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

What really stands out is the peaceful atmosphere combined with the excellent, friendly, and attentive staff.

Over priced for what you are getting
Pros:

The staff were really nice. The room was ok. A bit old but I found ( unlike some) the sound proofing was quite good. The Russians held parties most nights. Sounded like they were having a great time. Wish I could speak Russian. I would have been with them.

Cons:

The pool. The guy in fairness cleaned it every morning and looking from the outside it looked pristine. However once you were in you could barely see your hands. Probably didn’t help that the Indians for some reason liked going in with their clothes on and the Russians are throwing themselves in pissed up most nights.
