Will stay again the next time we visit Tulsa, OK
Pros:

Location, staff, bed, and restaurants within walking distance. There are a number of good restaurants that are easy to get to. There is casual to fine dining. The hotel is easy to navigate to and from.

Highly recommend due to proximity to downtown Tulsa.
Pros:

Breakfast was incredible, many options. They provided free shuttle service to BOK for a concert on the evening of our stay and also returned to pick us up.

Cons:

A bit crowded for breakfast at 7:45am and wasn't enough seating, so we had to wait a few minutes for a table. They were fully booked in the hotel due to a nearby concert at BOK - so understandable on the seating.

The location was amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

It wasn’t the property it was the load party going on keeping my family up all night. And also paying to park $19 but there was a sign stating it was $10. We were only there 1 night

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff and comfortable room.
Pros:

Location was very convenient to Driller stadium which was good since the purpose of our trip was to attend a baseball game.

Cons:

Only complaint is that one of the treadmills in the fitness center was not working.

I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn downtown Tulsa, OK.
Pros:

The property is by far one of the best Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at. The front desk staff were amazingly welcoming, knowledgeable of the events in the city and accommodating. I felt safe on the property. The breakfast staff were great also. The bed was extremely comfortable. I loved how the team communicated via text in reference to changes

Cons:

I found not having an attached garage to be a bit tedious. The first level of the parking garage apparently is rented out to the businesses in the area leaving the second floor open for parking.
