I’ve stayed at Soy Local before, and I used to rent apartments.
It was my first time renting a double room, but the shower has the water very hot or very cold, no way to keep it under the temperature you wish.
I also got a spider on my bed when I was packaging my bags in the morning.. not sure if the spider slept with me or just jumped in the morning Lol.
Additionally, I consider the “mini bar” should include the mini bar refrigerator since guests usually buy drinks and food outside as the hotel has no F&B service.

tranquilo, cómodo. falta cortesía y hacerle más mantenimiento a la instalación.

Ubicación espectacular
Pros:

Ubicación muy buena, instalaciones cómodas, sencillas y muy aseadas

Cons:

Me he alojado ya varias veces, esta vez sentí un cambio en los colchones y parte del mobiliario( ahora es un poco incómodo) igual las cortinas ya no tapan casi nada la luz

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en Soy Local Parque 93 no fue lo que esperábamos.

Reservé una habitación para cuatro personas mayores de 65 años, todas con problemas en las piernas y los huesos. Para nuestra sorpresa, la habitación estaba ubicada en el sexto piso, mientras que el ascensor solo llegaba hasta el quinto. Esto significaba que tenían que subir un tramo considerable de escaleras para llegar a su habitación.

Cuando fui a visitarlos y pregunté al personal de recepción, me indicaron que eran "solo dos escalones" o un tramo pequeño. Sin embargo, al subir personalmente, quedó claro que no era así. Para personas de edad avanzada y con movilidad reducida, el acceso era muy difícil y poco apropiado.

Lo más decepcionante ocurrió el día del check-out. Mis familiares tenían más de nueve maletas y queríamos subir para ayudarlos, especialmente considerando que durante el check-in tampoco se les ofreció asistencia con el equipaje, a pesar de ser personas mayores. Cuando explicamos la situación en recepción, no nos permitieron subir. Les indiqué que yo era quien había realizado la reserva de las habitaciones y que únicamente necesitábamos ayudar a nuestros familiares con sus maletas. Aun así, se nos negó el acceso porque no llevaba mi pasaporte conmigo.

Entiendo la importancia de los protocolos de seguridad, pero considero que la situación pudo haberse manejado con más criterio, empatía y orientación al cliente. Como visitante en Colombia, no acostumbro llevar mi pasaporte conmigo en todo momento, y aun así podían verificar fácilmente que yo era la persona que había realizado la reserva.

En general, quedé muy decepcionada tanto por la ubicación de la habitación asignada para personas mayores como por la falta de flexibilidad y atención al cliente mostrada por el personal. Una experiencia que, lamentablemente, no estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas.
