Las ventanas no cerraban bien y el cristal era muy fino, por lo que se escuchaban mucho los ruidos del exterior y además entraba frío

L'hôtel est proche de nombreux commerces, notamment des fast-foods et des restaurants. Globalement, son emplacement est excellent.
Je n'ai pas apprécié d'être logée au sixième étage, d'autant plus qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Il faut donc rester au cinquième étage et monter soi-même ses valises très lourdes. L'hôtel ne dispose pas de service de sécurité ; une amie est venue me rendre visite et, après lui avoir demandé de laisser son numéro de carte d'identité à l'entrée, elle a pu entrer sans qu'on lui demande quoi que ce soit. Ma chambre n'avait même pas de couverture et j'ai dû descendre en pleine nuit pour en demander une. Plusieurs articles manquaient, comme un sèche-cheveux et un interphone. Le personnel aurait pu être plus aimable et serviable. Le parking visiteurs est payant.

Like I mentioned in my 1st review, LOCATION, LOCATION & LOCATION!

People get tooo comfortable tooo quick! We had a reservation of 3 nights, then checked out to go to the country side, then come back for 6 nights! In the 3 nights and half way into our 6 nights stay,
we were instruceted every day to put our towels on the floor (meaning that staff can collect these and put clean ones!) Well one night to my surprise cleaning lady hanged our floor towels in the bathroom, expecting us to re-use these. Front desk guy told me that cleaning ladies were NOT suppose to give me clean towels everyday! (Again, we are a total of 6 days in our stay! And first time I heard that!) When I asked for 2 clean towels, I was instructed to go get these! With all due respect, I do not feel I am above anyone, however I am a paying GUEST! Similar scenario: Lady forgot to replace the trash bag in the trash bin, and then instucted me to change this!
Honesly, if it was not for these issues, I would have rated them a 9 again!

De pronto se siente un poco de ruido por lo que está cerca de bares y avenida principal
Es un buen barrio donde tienes mucha oferta de restaurantes aunque pocos son locales si quieres comida colombiana auténtica y a buen precio.
El edificio y nuestra habitación estaba muy inclinada, por lo que tuvimos que cambiar la disposición de las camas para dormir con la cabeza arriba. A mí en particular me daba sensación de mareo.
Good simple accommodation. Room was clean and the staff were lovely. Great location which has heaps of bars and restaurants. Reasonably priced minibar items.
Shower was awful. Took a full 2-3 minutes to become remotely warm- and water went all over the floor. The blinds in the room don’t close fully so there is light at night and a lot in the morning.
Excelente hotel, la limpieza de las instalaciones es impecable y la ubicación es inmejorable para conocer la zona.
Como sugerencia, considero que incluir el servicio de parqueadero para los huéspedes sería un detalle que elevaría mucho más la calidad de la experiencia, ya que el cobro adicional por este servicio resulta innecesario cuando uno ya se hospeda aquí.
