Pros:

Loved the room! It was very clean. The little details really matter because it makes the room better. I came from a previous hotel close to this one and hygiene and cleanliness of the room was awful but coming to this one I felt like home!

Excepting the noise at night, the stay was comfortable, good value and an outstanding location.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Street noise was quite noticeable with people carrying on in the street below until late. Wouldn’t be a problem with either better sound proofing, double planed windows or a/c that would allow for the window being closed during sleeping, or both.

Great location to explore Bath
Pros:

Fantastic location, the reception wasn’t open when we arrived but they sent us very accurate information to gain access to our room, when we met the reception staff they were so helpful, would stay here again

Great stay and would definitely recommend
Pros:

Nothing too much trouble for staff
As an air b nb owner myself I couldn’t fault it

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the slight noise coming from groups of people cutting across the square late at night - it didn’t really bother me but I had to out ear phones on to block it out at times but I would still come back and book it again

Très agréable séjour
Pros:

Hôtel typiquement anglais en plein cœur de Bath, à 2mn de l’abbaye, des thermes et à 10mn à pied du Circus et Royal Crescent. Chambre familiale très spacieuse, avec une grande chambre et une petite, une grande sdb, très belle déco. Chambre située dans le 2e bâtiment de l’hôtel, qui se trouve sur une charmante petite place. Petit déjeuner pantagruélique! On peut laisser les bagages la journée si besoin. Personnel très serviable.

Cons:

La petite place était parfaite en basse saison, pas de bruit - mais peut-être plus de passage évidemment en haute saison en raison de la situation en plein cœur du quartier le plus touristique ? Nous n’en avons pas été gênés en tout cas. Séjour parfait pour nous !

Hot, noisy and a bad nights sleep.

Our stay was terrible, which we reported to the gentleman at check out. He assured me that it would be shared with management and that they would be in touch. The room was top floor, unbearably hot but an air con unit was provided. The air con unit however kept flying out the extraction hole in the wall, and was so loud you could not talk, sleep or watch TV whilst it was on. We ended up having to open the window, but the street noise then kept us up. There was no way we could have been comfortable or able to sleep; which begs the question of why you would charge out a room which is clearly not suitable to sleep in. They obviously know it’s hot, hence the air con unit!
