Pros:

Great, friendly staff. Location is great, very central. Due to this it can be a bit noisy ( but we knew that so no issues at all).

Fans in the room were very welcome. We don’t try the bar or restaurant / breakfast.

Cons:

Lack of fridge in the room to keep water cool

It’s great location means there is a bit of outside noise and gulls however the addition of ear plugs was a fantastic touch and appreciated

Staff could not have been more helpful or friendly . Good price for exceptional location.

Cons:

AC unit was noisy - but at least there was one! Inevitably in Bath, if your room is on the top floor it's a long way up. That's Georgian architecture.
