Loft room - not lake view as promised. Bathroom dreadfully outdated - water pressure very low, shower head didn't fit into housing, so had to hold it to shower. Plug didn't fit plughole.

Other than a big stain on carpet
Room was over looking the bin area the smell wasn’t pleasant and the staff all smoked in this area so the smell was coming into the room and there was so much noise from rubbish being taking out and staff chatting and then loud banging at 4am from staff trying to slam the door when complained about the smoke the staff member said well they have to smoke somewhere but it’s not good I’ll tell them and then when I went back to my room she was the one outside smoking
The room was spacious and clean
I did not have breakfast. Location was suitable for my needs. The room was a good size and clean.
The room was only a few feet away from someone’s wedding venue that went on very late. It was too noisy to sleep. Outside the room window were generators that hummed all night and I was woken at 6.30 on Sunday morning by staff up and down the stairs and banging doors ! None of this I expected. Next morning the staff were unsympathetic saying that the hotel is advertised as a wedding venue at the weekend. Which would have been brilliant but I wasn’t even at the wedding !!! It was a lot of money for only 4 hours sleep. I should have just slept in the car park in my car !

I stayed 2 nights. First night in the bridal suite as my daughter was getting married. Please invest in air conditioning in your rooms. One fan was not enough for a 3 bedroom room and you need an extra toilet putting in

Small stuffy room, shower useless, TV aerial socket broken, breakfast not great for the money, generally tatty.
Room was okay. Comfy bed.
Wedding party till midnight. No sleep at all. I thought I'm in Ibiza. If you not in the party, and you wanna have a rest and have a sleep I'm recommending to avoid this hotel.
