Nice place but issues with customer satisfaction

The location suited us,the room size was good very clean

Cons:

Our room was next to a door giving access to the gym which was used constantly creating noise throughout the night the morning staff were not concerned blaming cleaners but still midnight plus is way to late to disturbing clients worst night sleep .plus now 24 hours later and my deposit has not been returned.

Great place good atmosphere, worth a visit.
Pros:

Room was clean but curtains were hanging off , the breakfast wasn’t very good , but the evening meal was delicious,
