Small, but clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Located in the center of town. Close to everything, including the world's best fish and chips. Room was well appointed. Kids loved the double bunks.

Cons:

Restaurant was closed the weekend we were there. But, bakery and cafe just around the corner.

A very bad experience.
Pros:

There was no breakfast served as the restaurant was not operating as we were informed by a bar staff.

Cons:

The room was too small. The room we were put in was set up for a single person. There were cockroaches in the room. The bathroom shower area was mouldy, shower head needed cleaning. Around the floor, skirting was black and dirty. There was no room to set to eat a meal. One chair for two people. The room was claustrophobic, with no fans to help circulate air. The false advertisement about the Rix Motel having a restaurant (that is not operating) The room is fixtures such as your kitchenette benches were sahging and covered in small black ants.
