Clean, comfy, convenient
Toilets could have been closer

Very convenient to get some rest between flights. The capsule is actually roomy to lay down and still have a backpack. There is a locker connected to your booking with the same password.
There should be bathrooms nearby, not one floor up. I wish you could charge your phone inside the capsule.
Liked the included ear buds to reduce noise of airport. Mattress and pillows clean and comfortable. Charging ports and different types of cabin lights to choose inside. Pretty spacious for a pod
Toilet block was an inconvenient distance away.

Really convenient and the woman who let me in was lovely
Wasn’t to clear how I was meant to get into it but it was easily resolved after I phoned the number.
Very clean, quiet and comfortable pods. Lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The pods include a locker suitable for two large checked in bags. Check out was easy as the lock on the pods reset after the alloted time finishes so checking out didn't require anything but taking my items and leaving the pod shut.
Nearest toilets were located on the 1F, whereas the pods are located on B1 floor. Not ideal if you have accesibility issues but perfectly managed for me as a solo traveler.
Very handy facility, comfortable and clean.
Air conditioning in the unit was quite loud with no way to turn it down thank god we had earplugs, no nearby toilets either have to go to the floor above which is abit annoying
Very convenient location and the staff were excellent.
The air conditioner was very loud. Ear plugs are provided though.
